Bekanntervreise bestehen derartige Zapf anlagen häufig aus kompakt gestalteten Einheiten mit Zapfsäule, Spüle und Wasserhahn, Anschlußarmaturen für Faß und Kohlensäureflasche bzw. Kompressor und Kuhleinrichtung zur Aufnahme des Fasses (vgl. GM 86 23 315.7). Derart ausgestaltete Zapfanlagen sind jedoch konstruktiv aufwendig und mit hohen Anschaffungs- bzw. Leihkosten verbunden.
