Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Einrichtung zur Lärmverminderung an Glas-Containern zu entwickeln.The invention is based on the task of developing a device for reducing noise in glass containers.
Glas-Container bestehen bis jetzt ausschließlich aus lackierten Stahlwandungen. Mit zunehmendem Verbraucherbewußtsein werden sie oft in Wohngebieten aufgestellt, wodurch allerdings tagsüber eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung für die unmittelbaren Anwohner verbunden ist.Glass containers have so far consisted exclusively of painted steel walls. Lärm entsteht dabei nicht nur durch das Herunterfallen und das Zersplittern von Glas innerhalb des Containers, sondern schon während des Einfüll-Vorgangs. Dabei wird durch die Benutzer Glasmaterial an die Innenseiten der Stahl-Einfüllstutzen bzw. an die Einfüllöffnungen geschlagen, wodurch der Container schon unnötigerweise als großer "Klangkörper" aktiviert wird.Noise is not only generated by the falling and shattering of glass inside the container, but also during the filling process.
