The innovation relates to a door device for stockings according to the generic term of claim 1.

It is well known that sorting socks before and after washing, as well as storing pairs of socks in an orderly manner in the closet, is a very time-consuming task, especially for housewives with several family members. Small color differences are often not noticeable under artificial lighting, so that mismatched socks are bundled together in pairs.

The aim of the innovation is to create a simple device for the allocation of stockings, which enables easy sorting of the stockings and ensures good handling and storage.

This problem is solved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. A further embodiment is characterized by the features of claim 2.

The advantages achieved with the invention are that the user first clips the socks intended for spinning together as pairs using a device, for example on the stocking waist, so that the socks are washed together in the spinning machine without separating. They can then be spun and dried as a pair.
The individual pairs can then be neatly stored on the clip hanger in the laundry cupboard.
It is advisable to use coloured clips for each family member. Before depositing a pair of socks in the stocking container, each sock user can put them together in a pair using the clip in the colour assigned to them. This will prevent any sorting or confusion later on.

The clamp is made from two plastic parts. The drawing shows the clamps (2) with the hinge (3) and the lever arms (5).

The hinge consists of a cylindrical bola as part of one half of the clamp and two semicircular discs from the other half of the clamp. The parts are joined together by pressure.

The spring (4) consists of a metal plate that is inserted between the lever arms (5) in the notches (9) and thus ensures the necessary clamping tension.

The ring-shaped clamping arms are of different sizes and have grooves on the gripping surfaces (7) so that the pairs of socks stay together during the swirling and spinning process. They can then be hung on the hanger (6) to dry or to be stored in the linen cupboard.
