ES soll-also
In the railway safety system, the anchors of two or
made more relays mechanically interdependent. For example one uses
Backup relay to keep the armature of a relay attracted without the relay
Has electricity. This happens because the anchor, once tightened, is in this position
is supported by the fallen armature of another relay. However, one has
also the case that a relay attracts its armature and here an intermediate link
moves, the z. B. Can control contacts; however, this intermediate link also
can be influenced by another relay. Here the facility is under
Circumstances also hit that one of the two relays or both so. set up
are, there, ß they only after the arrival of a certain. Number of power surges one
reach a certain position. The invention particularly relates to those cooperating
Relay or magnetic switch. A main requirement in such relays, as z.
B. used as a block magnet or repeat lock is a possible
low energy consumption. especially to restore the basic position.
In addition, it should be prevented that any interaction between the magnets
occurs before the armature of a magnet has fully worked. IT should-well
that: real work. the armature of the two cooperating magnets through
corresponding training of the device are monitored.
According to the invention. This is achieved in that the anchor -der
two magnets so on an intermediate device, for. B. cam disk, act,
that the armature of a magnet or the contact rod controlled by it itself
based on the intermediate device in the dead center position. Also, the clutch
set up between the anchor and the intermediate device so that the anchor in
the tightened or released position locks the intermediate device and itself
is blocked.
Hebel
6 an.
4 wieder ab.The subject of the invention is explained in the figures using a block magnet, for example. The blocking magnet i is to control a contact rod 3 with its armature 2. However, after the armature has dropped, the contact rod should remain in the position in which it was brought by tightening the armature. There is also a second magnet is provided, which acts as a Ausläsemagnet and z. B. can work so that its armature 41 acts with several current surges on the control disk 5, which is also influenced by the armature 2. In order to initially hold the contact rod 3 in the position created once by tightening the armature 2, the lever 6 connected to the contact rod 3 is supported. the cam disk 7 connected to the disk 5, in such a way; that he attacks them in the dead center position (Fig.2). As soon as the armature 2 pulls out of the bearing according to FIG. Lever 6 on. This then results in the position according to FIG. 2, the attracted armature 2 at the same time preventing the disk 5 from being thrown through because it is supported against the roller 72 of the cam disk 7. But even if the anchor - falls off again, the lever 6 and the rod 3 connected to it retains the position. A change in this position is only brought about when the armature 41 of the tripping magnet 4 begins to work, which here acts with several current surges on a toothing 51 of the disk 5 (FIG. 3). The rotation of the disk 5 and the cam disk 7 connected to it goes as follows: until the cam 73 comes to rest against the cam 2 i. This prevents the disk 5 from spinning again. At the same time, there is a sudden switchover. of the contacts is achieved because the lever 6 runs over the surface 74 and only suddenly falls off when the cam 73 reaches the stop 21. It then results in a La, gei as shown in Fig. Z. The contact rod 3 also switches the magnet at the same time. 4 off again.
