The innovation concerns a helmet for playing. Helmets for playing are known as children's helmets in different designs, but also as so-called "theatre helmets".

These two types of helmet generally do not meet the requirements of protective helmets. These Heliae are specially designed depending on their intended use and type of play. For example, a theater's inventory contains a large number of different helmets that are replicas of the originals. Since the number of these helmets is relatively small - they are often custom-made - their production is correspondingly complex and expensive. The same is true for play helmets for children.

The aim of the innovation is to make the production of helmets of this type more cost-effective.

This task is solved with a helmet which, according to the innovation, is characterized by physical objects of any shape made of a foamed soft plastic that can be glued to the outer walls of the helmet shell.

The helmet used for this purpose is preferably a safety helmet that can be produced in large quantities at very low cost*

The physical objects can be attached using a commercially available special adhesive, which is also used, among other things, to glue the heat foil onto the inside of the helmet shell.

The physical objects to be glued on can be produced inexpensively in any shape using the injection molding process and can be removed from the helmet shell again by impact, pulling or pressure and replaced by others, so that modification options are available.
