Product presentation supports for sales» especially Blister packs

The innovation relates to a product presentation carrier for sales packs, in particular blister packs, which is provided with a perforated wall panel, in the holes of which support rods are loosely inserted and on which several blister packs can be hung one behind the other, which are provided at their upper end with a hanging hook that is open at the side and reaches over the support rod.

Product display supports of the above type are well known. On their support rods that protrude vertically from the perforated wall panel, the blister packs can be hung in groups in a space-saving manner while at the same time presenting themselves to the purchasing public. The hanging hooks on the blister packs, which are open at the sides, make it possible for sales packages hanging further back to be lifted off their support rod.

without first having to remove the sales packs further in front from the relevant support bar, as is the case with blister packs that only have holes for opening. However, all known product presentation supports have the disadvantage that only the blister packs hanging in front are visible to the purchasing public. This may be acceptable for blister packs of the same type hanging one after the other on the same support bar, but it is disadvantageous if the sales packs are of different types or contents.

The innovation is based on the task of creating a product presentation carrier of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is intended especially for blister packs and does not have the aforementioned defects, but rather allows the blister packs hanging on the perforated wall plate and its support rods to be presented to the purchasing public in an even better and more informative way. This task is solved according to the innovation in that the support rods are arranged in an inclined position which exposes at least one writing field or part of the front of the blister packs hanging on them. In this way, all of the blister packs hanging on the support rods of the perforated wall plate are at least partially directly visible from the front, so that they can be more easily distinguished and selected. The support rods advantageously run out of the perforated wall plate at an angle to the front and downwards, so that the upper parts of the front of all of the blister packs hanging on a support rod are clearly visible from the front . Appropriate labels, pictograms or similar information symbols are included on these visible upper areas of the front of the packs, which provide information about the contents, their quality, age and similar data worth knowing about the individual blister packs, so that this information can be easily conveyed to the purchasing public.

This also enables the seller to easily view his product presentation and check that it is complete, in order to easily identify any gaps that have arisen through the sale of the relevant packs and to refill them with new blister packs.

The support rods each consist of a U-shaped loop hook, which has angles bent upwards by more than 9 ^° at its leg ends, which are inserted through two adjacent holes in the perforated wall plate, and which rest against the rear wall of the perforated wall plate, with tooth-like locking means also being provided on the support rods to prevent the blister packs hanging downwards in staggered fashion from slipping off. Such tooth-like locking means can be present directly on the legs of the U-shaped loop hooks forming the support rods, for example in the form of notches/locking projections and the like. However, it is also possible to provide the U-shaped loop hooks serving as support rods with a cross-connecting rung in front of their leg ends which are to be pushed through the perforated wall panel and then to use a holding strip with toothed edges on its narrow upper side as the tooth-like locking means, which extends between both legs of the loop hook and rests with its upper end on the cross-connecting rung and with its lower end on the web of the loop hook. The teeth on the holding strip are expediently designed to be barb-like.

The drawing shows an advantageous embodiment according to the innovation.

Fig. 1 shows the new product presentation carrier for blister packs in a partial view from the front and Fig. 2 shows the corresponding side view.

The support rods, generally designated 3, are loosely inserted into the plug holes 2, which are arranged next to one another in pairs, on which the blister packs 4 are to be hung in succession. For this purpose, the blister packs 4 are provided at their upper end with a hanging hook 4' which is open at the side and reaches over the support rod 3. In the present case, each of the blister packs 4 has an identical external design. It consists in the conventional manner, for example, of a cardboard or paperboard back 4 ¹ ■ and the blister 4 ^(!l ) which adheres tightly to the front and envelops the small object 5 to be sold, e.g. a shoe sole or the like.

In the upper area, the blister sales packs 4 are each provided with text fields that provide information about their contents, for example with different material or color information 6 or even article number designations 7. While the information 6 is intended to inform the purchasing public 6, the different article numbers 7 can provide the seller with appropriate individual information.

In order to make these different writing fields 12, which are present in the upper part of the blister pack fronts, easily visible from the front, the support rods 3 are arranged in the oblique position shown, in which they extend diagonally forwards and downwards from the perforated wall plate 1. Each of the support rods consists of a U-shaped loop hook 8, which has angled portions 9 bent upwards by more than 90° on its leg ends, which are inserted through two adjacent holes in the perforated wall plate 1 and which rest against the perforated wall plate rear wall 1", whereby the support rods 3 are arranged in the oblique position shown.

In the present case, a holding strip 10 with barb-like teeth on its narrow upper side serves as a tooth-like locking means for the staggered suspended blister packs 4. The holding strip 10, which is made of metal or of strong cardboard or the like, rests with its lower end 10' on the web 8' ¹ of the U-shaped loop hook 8, while its upper end 10'' rests on a cross-connecting rung 11 of the support rod 3. In the present case, this cross-connecting rung 11 and the upwardly bent bends 9 inserted through the perforated wall panel 1 consist of a U-shaped wire bracket, on whose web forming the cross-connecting rung 11 the leg ends 8 ¹¹¹ of the U-shaped loop hook 8 are fastened, in particular soldered.

The holding strip 10, which is serrated like a barb on its upper edge, is recessed at its upper end 10'', namely provided with a downwardly projecting extension 10" ' and lies with its

This allows part of the weight of the suspended blister packs to be transferred directly to the perforated wall panel 1 via the toothed retaining strip 10, while the remaining weight is taken up by the support rod 3 or the U-shaped loop hook 8 and transferred to the perforated wall panel 1.

Packs 4 whose upper front wall area, provided with the informative text fields 12, is made clearly visible at the front, so that the interested buyer, even with a cursory glance, is given appropriate information about the contents 5 of the packs 4 and their nature, which enables him to recognize the blister packs 4 behind them without lifting, swiveling or moving the front sales packs 4 and, if necessary, to remove them from the presentation carrier.

It goes without saying that many modifications are possible within the scope of the innovation. For example, the diagonal arrangement of the support rods 3 to make part of the front sides of the blister packs 4 hanging on them visible can in principle also be carried out in another direction, for example upwards or sideways. However, this would then be at the expense of the overview and also of saving space and accessibility, so that the diagonal alignment of the support rods towards the front and downwards is definitely preferred. Modifications are also possible, in particular with regard to the support rods 3 and their design. They could also consist of a single-armed metal rod, wire or the like, for example with corrugations or notches, which would advantageously be provided or connected to an insertion fork at its end facing the perforated wall panel 1, so that it can also be inserted through two adjacent insertion holes 2 in the wall panel 1 due to the desired lateral or torsional rigidity.

Product presentation support for sales packs, in particular blister packs, with a perforated wall panel, in the holes of which support rods are loosely inserted and on each of them several blister packs can be hung one behind the other, which are provided at their upper end with a laterally open hanging hook that reaches over the support rod, characterized in that the support rods (3) are arranged in an inclined position that exposes at least one writing field (12) or part of the front sides of the blister packs hanging on them v4). 2. Product display support according to claim 1, characterized in that the support rods (3) extend out of the perforated wall panel (1) at an angle towards the front and downwards. 3.
