7. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lateral end faces contain vertically extending grooves (28) which are narrower than the grooves (19) containing the frames (20).

8. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that each frame (20) is detachably fastened in its groove (19) with screws (23) engaging in the groove base.

9. Wall element according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that each frame (20) protrudes from its groove (19) by a maximum of about 5 mm
