Da in solchen
The subject of the invention is a toothing for timepieces and counting devices,
in other words, a toothing that is often an option for small gears. There in such
often extremely small gearboxes. the part and profile accuracy proportionate
is low, the result is _ at the transition of contact from one pair of teeth to the other
Sudden changes in the output force, so shocks of often impermissible
:Size. These changes could preferably be made in slow-running gears
then kept within permissible limits, in other words a smooth transition could then be made
can be achieved from one pair of teeth to the other, if it succeeds, the output force
Slightly smaller at the beginning of the tooth contact and somewhat larger at the end of the tooth contact
than corresponds to the exact transmission ratio. Then would be at
Pitch and profile errors only reduce the length of contact by one more or less
large but harmless amount change, shocks occurring at the beginning of contact
but would no longer be harmful as a result of the reduced force delivered.
Erfindungsgemäß. erreicht man dies dadurch, daßdie Zahnflanken mindestens
According to the invention. this is achieved in that the tooth flanks at least
of one gear part from the pitch circle against the inner and outer flank end
gradually withdraw from the theoretical profile.
The invention allows for large gear ratios of
Involute drives still have a great advantage. Busher have under these conditions
the two. cooperating gears, intersect by the tooth tip
of the larger wheel towered over the base of the involute flank of the smaller wheel,
d. H. by the point of contact of the line of action with the base circle of the smaller
Wheel within the intersection of the line of action with the crown circle of the larger one
Rades lay. As a result, the tip of the tooth of the larger wheel cut into it
Tooth base, of the smaller wheel. Up to now you have this disadvantage due to undercutting
of the tooth root of the smaller wheel fixed, but the disadvantage of a strong one
Shortening of the path of action exchanged. The invention makes it possible, too
to remedy this disadvantage.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment in a single figure
the subject of the invention, namely an involute toothing for a gear
from the transmission ratio x -3-The drawing shows the normal contact between two
Tooth flanks at the point of contact of the two pitch circles i and 2. The correct involute profile
of the driving wheel 2 is indicated by the flank 3, that of the driven wheel
Rades i 'through the flank q ,. These pure involute flanks 3 and 4 belong
the straight line of action Ä. In the case of Teiluntgs- and profile errors would
Now the abovementioned shocks occur with this pure involute toothing. Therefore
the flanks are given an increased curvature so that the flank lines -6 and 7
arise, which from the part - (; rice from against the inner and outer flank end in
gradually withdraw from the theoretical profile (flanks 3i, 4).
I; #iie current line of action &. deviates from the rectilinear shape and
shows a slight S-shaped curvature. Belongs to the line of action 8 curved in this way
now a given force, which at the beginning of the tooth contact is smaller than that
corresponds to the exact transmission ratio; because: the radius of the driving @ wheel2
belonging: the point of contact A at the beginning of the contact is more favorable than the one
of the corresponding point B with a theoretically correct involute profile with a straight line
Line of action. -It is so at the start of the engagement, the drive torque with greater
Transfer radius than with the originally corrected profile, which is why the force is smaller.
At the end of the tooth contact it is exactly the opposite. The point of contact C of the corrected
.Profils belongs to the smaller radius than point D, in the case of the uni-corrected profile.
The drive torque at the end of the tooth contact is therefore with the smaller radius
than with uncorrectable profile, which is why the force is greater.
The involute internal toothing will be a weakening
the curvature act, with cycloid external teeth in the head for a reinforcement,
in the foot to weaken the curvature.
The additional curvature could also only one of the two wheels
are given.
beim bisher üblichen Unterschneiden auftretende Nachteil behoben. In the event of; where with a theoretically exact involute profile that further ahead
would occur, this is in the case of the correction shown
avoided in that the head height of the teeth of the larger wheel is less than
with a theoretically exact profile; because the end point C of the contact has then smaller
Distance from the center of the large wheel 2 as the point D. You can see further
the drawing that; by correcting the tooth flanks, the path of contact opposite
the theoretical four-tooth system is practically not shortened. So it is also the
The disadvantage that occurred with the previously common undercutting has been eliminated.
