Fastening part for bags or similar on carrying straps

The invention aims to create a fastening part that is simple in design and can be produced inexpensively, with which bags or the like can be fixed in position and secured against accidental loosening in a few simple steps and can be removably attached to a carrying strap.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1, whereby the design features listed in the subclaims also represent advantageous further developments of the solution to the problem.

The subject matter of the invention extends not only to the features of the individual claims, but also to their combination.

The fastening part according to the invention is simple in design as a one-piece plastic part and can be produced inexpensively and enables simple,

quick and safe fastening of bags or similar to carrying straps, whereby each bag is fixed in position by the fastening part, held securely and secured against accidental release on the carrying strap.

This fastening part preferably has two upper, hook-like projections and two lower, bolt-like projections on a carrying plate, which are hooked or inserted into reinforced holes in the carrying strap, and then a securing part that is flexibly held on the carrying plate and interacts with the two lower projections in a snap-in connection prevents the fastening from being accidentally released. Both attaching and detaching the bag from the carrying strap is easy to do.

Furthermore, the fastening part with its support plate can be securely attached to the pocket or similar by sewing in fastening grooves that reduce the thickness of the support plate, which solves the problem of a simple and secure connection between the support plate and the pocket.

This fastening part is particularly suitable for hip and shoulder straps and bags for military purposes, but can also be used for civilian purposes, such as for bag fastening for sports, hiking, mountaineering equipment or similar.

The invention lies on the one hand in the special fastening part itself and on the other hand in the fastened design, i.e., carrying strap with pocket and fastening part.

A fastening part for bags (1) on carrying straps, such as hip belts (2) and shoulder straps (3), has a carrying plate (4) that can be secured to the bag (1) with at least two projections (5, 6) arranged at a distance from one another (vertically one above the other) that can be inserted into receiving holes (7) in the carrying strap (2, 3) for securing the bag to the carrying strap (2, 3). Furthermore, a securing part (8) associated with the lower projection (6) is held on the carrying plate (4) by a flexible connecting piece (9) that securely grips the lower projection (6) pushed through the receiving hole (7) at its end protruding from the carrying strap (2, 3) to prevent it from accidentally coming loose.

Preferably, four projections (5, 6) arranged on the corner points of a quadrilateral, preferably a square or rectangle, are provided on the support plate (4), namely two upper projections (5, 6) lying next to one another at a distance and two lower projections (5, 6) lying next to one another at the same distance, wherein a common securing part (9) is assigned to both lower projections (6).

The support plate (4) preferably has a rectangular basic shape and points with its larger rectangular extension in the vertical direction, i.e., in the case of the hip belt (2) transversely to the longitudinal direction of the belt and in the case of the shoulder belt (3) in the longitudinal direction of the belt. A projection (5, 6) is then arranged in each of the four corner areas of the rectangular support plate (4).

The two upper projections (5) are formed by hooks, which consist of a cylindrical bolt (5a) with a circular cross-section and a Baltest bar (5b) angled upwards at the free end of the bolt.

The two lower projections (6) are formed by cylindrical bolts with a circular cross-section and each have a partially circumferential groove (6a) at a distance from the free end of the bolt, which groove is located in the lower circumferential area of the bolt (6) and runs straight upwards on both sides.

The strip-shaped connecting pieces (9) have a lower thickness than the support plate (4) and the fork parts -v (Ii), which achieves their flexibility.

When the support plate (4) is designed with only two projections (5, 6), only one fork part (11) and one strip-shaped connecting piece (9) are provided.

It is also possible to design the support plate (4) with six or eight projections (5, 6) and corresponding fork parts (11). The support plate (4) can also be designed with a circumferential fastening groove (15) on its peripheral edge for sewing connection to the pocket (1).

The mounting holes (7) in the carrying straps (2, 3) are reinforced by metal eyelets (7a).

To attach a bag (1) to the carrying strap (2, 3), the fastening part sewn onto the back of the bag (1) is first hooked with the two upper, hook-like projections (5) into two adjacent receiving holes (7) of the carrying strap (2, 3), whereby the upwardly directed retaining web (5b) of both projections (5) after passing through the receiving hole (7) rests securely behind this receiving hole (7) on the strap (2, 3) or the metal eyelet (7a).

Then the two lower, bolt-shaped projections (6) are also inserted into two receiving holes (7) and then the securing part (8) is moved upwards around the belt (2, 3) via the flexible connecting pieces (9) and is pushed with its two fork parts (11) onto the projections (6) protruding from the receiving holes (7) in their grooves (6a), whereby the two undercut fork openings (12) lock into the projections (6) because the undercuts (13) behind the two groove ends grip over the projections (6) (see Fig. 4 and 5).

The flexible connecting pieces (9) ensure that the safety part (8) is held captive to the support plate (4).

To remove the bag (1) from the belt (2, 3), first the securing part (8) is pushed out of its locking connection by the lower projections (6), then the two lower projections (6) are pulled out of the receiving holes (7) and finally the upper, hook-shaped projections (5) are unhooked from the receiving holes (7).

The grip tabs (14) are provided for sliding the safety part (8) onto and off the projections (6), which enable the safety part (8) to be easily grasped.

In Fig. 7 and 8, a doubled belt area of the shoulder belt (3) with a pocket (1) attached to it is shown. The outer belt part (17) has four receiving holes (7) reinforced by the metal eyelets (7a) and a transverse through slot (19) for the connecting pieces (9) above and below the two adjacent receiving holes (7).
