In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist es zweckmäßig, aus Gründen der Piatzersparnis und zur Reduzierung des Montageaufwandes am Druck-Ausdehnungsgefäß (1) im Bereich des wasserführenden Gefäßteils (2) das Sicherheitsventil (1O), das Entlüftungsventil (11), den Füll- und Entleerhahn (12), einen Thermostat (13) sowie weitere, in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Heizüngskömponenten wie Thermometer, Manometer und Druckschalter etc. unmittelbar anzuordnen.
