Ausfahrbare Beinstütze für Sitz-Liege-SesselExtendable legrest for seat-recliner
Die Erfindung betrifft eine ausfahrbare Beinstütze für Sitz-Liege-Sessel mit der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Art. Derartige Beschläge mit ausfahrbarer Beinstütze für Sitz-Liege-Sessel sind u.a. aus der Deutschen Patentschrift 26 01 691 bekannt. Diese bekannten ausfahrbaren Beinstützen haben sich in der Praxis auch bewährt und gewährleisten gute Relativlagen, gerade in Verbindung mit einem Sitz-Liege-Sessel, sind, jedoch für Benutzer mit größerer Körperlänge etwas unbefriedigend, da der Benutzer in der Liegeposition des Sessels seine Beine nicht in der Ideal position unterhalb des Fersenbeins auf der Beinstützenauflage auflegen kann.The invention relates to an extendable legrest for a seat-recliner of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, diese bekannten ausfahrbaren Beinstützen mit möglichst geringem konstruktivem und auch fertigungstechnischen Aufwand so weiterzubilden, daß ein beim Ausfahren der Beinstütze von der Sitzstellung in die Liegestellung stattfindenden Vorgang ein auseinanderschwenken der Beinstütze möglich wird.The object of the invention is to further develop these known extendable leg supports with as little construction and manufacturing effort as possible so that a process that takes place when the leg support is extended from the sitting position to the lying position makes it possible to swing the leg support apart.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe nach der Erfindung dadurch, daß ein zweigeteilter Beinstutzentragbeschlag vorgesehen ist, der über Verstellbeschläge schwenkbar miteinander verbunden ist, wobei ein Beinstutzentragbeschlag von Beinstützenlenkern gesteuert und der andere Beinstutzentragbeschlag über Verstel1 hebel drehbar mit dem ersten Beinstutzentragbeschlag verbunden ist. Beim Ausklappen der Beinstütze aus dem Sessel und bei 4er Bewegung von der Sitz- in die Liegeposition wird die Beinstütze durch einen kniehebelartigen Verstel1 hebel, der einen Beinstützenlenker mit dem zweiten Beinstutzentragbeschlag verbindet, durch Schwenken des kniehebelartigen Verstel1 hebel auseinandergeschoben, wobei ein paralleles Schwenken des zweiten Beinstützentragbeschlags durch einen weiteren Verstel1 hebel, der zwischen dem drehbar an den Beinstützenlenkern angeordneten ersten Beinstutzentragbeschlag und dem schwenkbaren zweiten Beinstutzentragbeschlag angeordnet ist, erreicht wird.This object is achieved according to the invention in that a two-part leg support fitting is provided, which is pivotably connected to one another via adjustment fittings, whereby one leg support fitting is controlled by leg support rods and the other leg support fitting is pivotably connected to the first leg support fitting via an adjustment lever. Durch dieses Schwenken wird die Breite der Beinstützenauflage um ca. bis 12 cm vergrößert. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß für größer gewachsene Personen optimale Relativlagen beim benutzen des Sitz-Liege-Sessel in der Liegeposition erreicht werden. Beim Einschwenken der Beinstütze von der Liegeposition zurück in die Sitzposition schwenkt sich die Beinstütze wieder zusammen und erlaubt somit ein einwandfreies Einklappen unter den Sitz des Sitz-Liege-Sessel. Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung sind in Unteransprüchen angegeben.By swiveling this, the width of the legrest pad is increased by approx. 12 cm. In Figur 1 ist eine ausfahrbare Beinstütze für Sitz-Liege-Sessel in ausgeschwenktem Zustand dargestellt. Hierbei ist ersichtlich, daß die Beinstütze zweigeteilt ist und aus auseinanderschwenkbaren Beinauflagepolstern 8,9 besteht. Das Auseinanderschwenken der Beinstütze die über Beinstützenlenker 6, 7 in bekannter Weise aus dem Sessel von der Sitz- in die Liegeposition gebracht wird ist dadurch möglich, daß ein zweigeteilter Beinstützentragbeschlag 1, 2 vorhanden ist, der über* Verstellhebel 3, 4, 5 miteinander verbunden ist. Die Beinstützenlenker 6, 7 sind am Beinstützentragbeschlag 1 drehbar angeordnet und beim Ausschwenken der Beinstütze bzw. der Beinauflagepolster 8, 9 wird über den kniehebelartig ausgebildeten Verstel1 hebel 3, 4 der Beinstützentragbeschlag 2 so gesteuert, daß der über den Beinstützentragbeschlag 1 nach vorne schwenkt und die Gesamtbreite der Beinstütze mit den Beinauflagepolstern 8, 9 vergrößert.Figure 1 shows an extendable legrest for a seat-reclining chair in the swung-out position.
