Art kommen in Betracht: Äther, Methylenchlorid, Äthylenchlorid, Benzol u. a. m.Process for the production of alkali salts of rutin It has been found
that one alkali salts of rutin, which are distinguished by their chemical uniformity and
particularly high purity, can be obtained if one has an alcoholic,
z. B. a methyl alcoholic solution of rutin with the salt to be represented
required stoichiometric amount of alkali metal hydroxide in the form of an alcoholic
Solution added and the salts formed after the reaction by adding with
Water-immiscible solvents precipitate. As a precipitant of the above
Kinds come into consideration: ether, methylene chloride, ethylene chloride, benzene and others. m.
Setzt man weitere Hydroxylgruppen
Zwecke Verwendung finden.According to the present process, the addition of 1 mol
Alkali hydroxide to 1 mole of rutin is the monoalkali salt. If you add more hydroxyl groups
of the rutin with the stoichiometric amounts of alkali metal hydroxide, one obtains the
corresponding rutin alkali salts. After treatment with the precipitants described
The salts are obtained in pure form and can be used for pharmaceutical purposes after drying
Purposes.
B. in nachstehender Weise erfolgen Beispiel i 250 g kristallisiertes
in destilliertem Wasser bzw.
The preparation of alkali salts of rutin according to the present invention can e.g. Example i. 250 g of crystallized rutin are dissolved in 1250 cc of methanol with heating and, after cooling, 24 g of sodium hydroxide (1.5 mol) in 250 cc of methanol are added with cooling. Then 3000 cc of ether are slowly added. The yellow-orange colored rutin sodium separates out in crystalline form and is filtered. At 6o to 8o ° it is freed from any remaining ether and methanol. It is characterized by its easy and greater solubility in distilled water or in physiological saline solution and can be used for injections in an aqueous solution immediately after sterilization.
Beispiel 4 Nimmt
man die Umsetzung der in Beispiel i genannten, in Methylalkohol gelösten Rutinmenge
mit 22,4 9 (1 Mol) bzw. 115,2 9 (4 Mol) Kaliumhydroxyd vor, so erhält
man nach der Aufarbeitung das Mono-bzw. Tetrakaliumsalz des Rutins.Example 2 If 16g sodium hydroxide (1 mol) is added to the methyl alcoholic solution of rutin given in Example i, the monosodium salt of rutin is obtained after the reaction and precipitation, which is a light yellow colored body, which, in contrast to that in example i obtained rutin sodium salt dissolves somewhat more difficultly in water. Example 3 If 32 or 64 g of sodium hydroxide are used instead of the amount of sodium hydroxide given in Example i for the reaction with the same amount of rutin dissolved in methyl alcohol, the disodium or tetrasodium salt of rutin is obtained after the otherwise identical work-up. Example 4 If the conversion of the amount of rutin mentioned in Example i, dissolved in methyl alcohol, with 22.4 9 (1 mol) or 115.2 9 (4 mol) of potassium hydroxide is used, after working up the mono- or. Tetrapotassium salt of rutin.
