Abstract

In a supporting element for the suspension of foil rolls, especially aluminium foil rolls, transported and stored on a laterally projecting winding tube, the transport and storage of the foil rolls become easier and, in particular, damage to the rolls is prevented. Support element for hanging up film rolls

The innovation concerns support elements for hanging up film rolls, ι in particular of aluminum foil rolls that are on a side protruding winding tube can be transported and stored.

Aluminum foils with nominal thicknesses between 6 and 20 μια are against Particularly sensitive to external shock and pressure loads and are therefore transported on laterally protruding winding cores and stored. The object of the present innovation is to facilitate the transport and storage of film rolls of the type mentioned at the beginning and in particular to prevent the damage of film rolls.

It has been shown that the support elements can be used for packaging with a very low actual weight, so that packages are produced which are very freight and storage-friendly. The support elements can be placed on flat pallets or Euro-Pool pallets measuring 800 χ 1200 mm, for example, and provided with a cover if necessary. Then there is the option of stacking them on top of one another and strapping them with steel strapping in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
