Federsatzvielfachkontaktfeld für Fernmeldeanlagen Die Erfindung betrifft
ein tafelförmiges Federsatzvielfachkont<lktfeld für Fernmeldeanlagen, insbesondere
Fernsprechanlagen.
Spring set multiple contact field for telecommunication systems The invention relates to
a tabular spring set multiple control panel for telecommunications systems, in particular
Telephone systems. In the known arrangements of this type, the contacts are one
such field connected by multiple cables, so that only one-sided assignment
is possible through contact spring sets. They are already flat multiple contact fields
known for telephone dialers without multiple cal) el with double-sided use,
but only in the version as lamellar contact fields. Own these arrangements
but not the advantages of a spring set multiple contact field.
herausragen. Bei gleichzeitiger Betätigung mehrerer
Kontakte sind die Kontaktansätze der senkrechten
Vielfachstreifen stufenweise versetzt und derartig
gekröpft, daß deren Enden senkrecht übereinander-
stehen.
Weitere Merk-
male der Erfindung sind der Beschreibung und
Darstellung zu entnehmen.

gesetzten Federsatzvielfachkontaktfeld in räum-
licher Dai#stellung, in dem einzelne übereinander
angeordnete Kontakte ersichtlich sind; ,

Gruppen unterteiltes t ooer-Vielfachkontaktfeld.
geschlagenen Federsatzvielfachkontaktfeld vorzugs-
weise gleichzeitige Betätigungen von mehreren Kon-
takten vorgenommen.
ansatz der senkrechten Vielfachstreifen a kommt
eine Kontaktfeder c, welche jeweils einen Ansatz
eines waagerechten Vielfachstreifens d darstellt und
den zweiten Pol des entsprechenden Kontaktes
bildet.
Kontaktgabe hergestellt.
Abb. 2 bringt einen einzelnen senkrechten
Kontaktstreifena, welcber aus dem Vielfachstreifen
und den seitlichen Kontaktansätzen b besteht. Am
oberen' Ende des Vielfacbstr, ifens befindet sich
der Lötauschluß. Die Anzahl der Kontaktansätze
richtet sich nach dem Vcrwendtnigszweck und der
Größe des Vielfaches. L; m ein herausfallen der

an den Kontaktansätzen b cler sen@,#:rechten Viel-

gesehen.

senkrechten Vielfachstreifen iit bestimmte Gruppen
senkrechter Vielfachstreifen a t, eine Isolation /2,
ein weiterer Vielfachstreifen a 2, eine Isolation J 3
und wiederum ein Vielfachstreif en tt 3 geschichtet
wird, bis schließlich eine Scliltthisolation f 4 und
die Deckschiene g folgen. Das geschichtete Paket
wird durch in der Schichtrichtung verlaufende
Bolzen h zusammengehalten.
mischte Schichtung, in welcher beispielsweise zwei
Zehnergruppen von Mehrfachkontakten in eineue
Paket zusammengefaßt werden. Da mit Rücksicht
auf die später einzufügenden waagerechten Vie:l-
fachkontaktstreifen ein bestimmter seitlicher Ab-
stand, der durch die Kontaktfederbreite c bestimmt
wird, zwischen den herausragewIen Ansätzen b der
geschichteten senkrechten Kontaktstreifen gefordert
.werden muß, empfiehlt es sich, die notwendigen
Abstände nicht durch eiitspreclieud starke Iso-
lationsstreifen f auszugleichen, sondern durch
Zwischenschichtung von senkrechten Vielfach-
streifeneiner andeien Gruppe, Diese Anordnung hat
neben einer stabileren baulichen Zusammenfassung
den weiteren Vorzug einer zusätzlichen Platz-
ersparnis, und im Fall einer Verwendung eines
solchen Kontaktfeldes für Wähler beim Fernsprech-
selbstanschlußbetrieb wird eine vorteilhaftere Aus-
führung und Unterbringung der l@_inzclorgane ge-
währleistet. In Abb.5 sind -,y-nzbolisch die senk-
rechten Vielfachstreifen a i his a 3 und
A t bis A 3
fachstreifeii a i bis a 3 und A. i bis
A 3 von zwei
sechsten Gruppe. Das gesamte Paket enthält in
der Praxis natürlich mehr Vielfachstreifen, beispiels-
wcise für zehn Mehrfachkontakte für jede der
beiden Gruppen, also im vorliegenden Fall zwanzig.
Abb.6 zeigt eine Ausführungsmöglichkeit eines
waagerechten Vielfachstreifens d. Dieser besteht aus
einem U-förmigen Teil aus Kontaktfedermaterial,
von welchem nach beiden Seiten kammartig bei-
spielsweise je zehn Kontaktansätze c herausragen.
Der U-förmige Teil kann in eine Isolationsmasse
eingebettet sein. Ebenfalls ist ein Anschluß für
Kabel vorgesehen.
Ein zusammengesetztes iooer-Vielfachkontaktfeld
mit gemischt geschichteten Einzelgruppen zeigt im
Prinzip Abb.7. Da bekanntlich jede Gruppe im
Vielfach n@-ei gemischte Zehnergruppen enthält,
sind für ein tooer-Kontaktfeld fünf solcher Doppel-
gruppen notwendig.
faches liegen. Darunter befindet sich ein für evtl.
vorzusehende Einstellorgane frei gelassener Platz.
Unterhalb dieses Platzes befinden sich die Zehner-
gruppen 6 bis o mit ihren Kontaktansätzen. Eine
Seitenansicht zeigt ein zusammengefaßtes Vielfach-
kontaktfeld, aus welchem die Kontaktfedersätze in
ihrer gruppenweisen Anordnung vorder- und rück-
seitig ersichtlich sind. Für die jeweils in der
unteren Hälfte angeordneten Zehnergruppen 6 bis o
ist der Kontaktaufbau der einzelnen Federsätze um-
gekehrt vorgenommen.
The l @: rfitendung suggests a flat, continuous contact field with double-sided occupancy by spring sets without multiple cables, which, when used for a spring set selector, enables the advantages of the same, but with the double-sided use of the contact field. As a result of the double-sided use, there is a significant saving in space and material, and the multiple cables and soldering points for connecting the individual sets of springs are no longer necessary. This is done according to the invention. achieved in that the spring set multiple contact field is composed of two continuous multiples, of which the multiple strips of one in the vertical direction and those of the other in the horizontal direction
run and both contact strips contact approaches

Further features of the invention are that

limited, but there are still
other embodiments possible. Further notices
