With the conite content of the sand used, the cement mass maintains its flexibility and stability even before the cement has set significantly. The moldings, be they molds or cores for foundries or cement objects such as pipes, bricks, building blocks or the like, can therefore be removed from the molds immediately without the risk of destroying the moldings. In addition, even complicated objects, such as molds and cores for the foundry, as well as interlocking tiles, hollow bricks, or the like, can be produced without difficulty, with even extremely complex designs reproducing themselves perfectly in molded bodies.
je nach dem Vorkommen. Natürlicher glaukonitiialtiger Sand ist an sich nicht bildsam;
abbilden lassen.Glauconite is a water-containing silicate that isenoxvclul. Clay,
Potassium oxide and also calcium and magnesium oxide in varying 1 "lengths
contains. Glauconite occurs in natural sands. and its composition changes
depending on the occurrence. Natural glauconitic sand is inherently not malleable;
To achieve the malleability, the mineral glauconite in the sand must be evenly fine

without destroying the grains of sand. The soft glauconite is made through this process

It can also proceed in such a way -, verden that a clay- and glauconite-free

In accordance with the invention, finely divided glauconite can be added. The one needed for this
Glauconite is obtained from sand containing glauconite by adding the sand, as described above,

These properties are for the core and mold shops of foundries
and for the industries involved in the manufacture of cement objects,
equally of considerable importance.
