Description
Die Prothese ist eine Weiterentwicklung und Vervollkommnung des bekannten Einachserstandardmodells. Die seit vielen Jahren bewährte und als Norm eingeführte I6 mm starke durchgehende Knieachse ist beibehalten worden. Fuß- und Kniegelenke haben als grundlegende Neuerung je ein zweites, sogenanntes Hilfsgelenk erhalten, deren Achsen hinter den Hauptachsen angeordnet und durch eine in der Länge verstellbare Verbindungsstange miteinander verbunden sind. Durch diese Anordnung wird die Einknickgefahr zu Beginn der Standbeinphase (Schrittvorlage) beseitigt, weil die Verbindungsstange zwischen den Hilfsgelenken in dieser Schrittphase auf das Kniegelenk streckend wirkt. Zur Erzielung eines elastischen Auftritts ist ein bexvegliches Zwischenstück im Knöchelteil als Verbindungsstück zwischen Haupt- und Hilfsgelenk angeordnet, gegen welches die Ferse durch Gummipuffer abgefedert ist. Die obere Basis des Zwischenstückes trägt einen Gummikeil als Gelenkanschlag für den Fuß.
