Armature bearing for alternating current alarm clocks With alternating current alarm clocks one has
to support the armature one pole of the polarizing magnet in its longitudinal and
Pierced transversely. The cross hole was used to accommodate the bearing axis of the
Armature, the side of which to the magnet extending bearing legs from the magnetic pole
were separated by a non-magnetic ring loosely pushed onto it,
which prevents the bearing legs from sticking to the magnet. To secure the position of the
A loosely inserted armature axis was also used in the longitudinal bore of the magnet
loosely inserted threaded bushing, which by means of a against the face of the magnetic pole
supporting screw jammed the anchor axis. To make it possible
the anchor was provided with a central hole through which the `tagnetpol
protruded freely so that it was accessible for operating the locking screw
was. This type of fastening required drilling through the magnet, which was factory-made
is annoying. The assembly of this anchor bearing is also cumbersome. Furthermore, the
The path of the lines of force for the magnetic flux emerging from the magnet is not clear.
It runs partly over the annular air gap between the magnetic pole and the
Anchor, partly penetrated after it emerges from the protruding face
of the magnetic pole adjacent air gaps, while the other part via the lateral
Bearing leg of the anchor runs. However, this results in a large spread
of magnetic flux.
The invention shows a fastening for the armature of alternating current alarm clocks,
which avoids these disadvantages. According to the invention, the anchor is on one on the
Magnetic pole mounted, non-magnetic ring on the side and has
a
the armature part facing the end face of the magnetic pole, with a non-weakened cross-section.
By eliminating the holes in the longitudinal and transverse direction of the magnet and the special
Bearing bush, the anchor bearing can now be carried out much more easily than before.
Furthermore, the magnetic flux from the magnetic pole after passing through a
small air gap directly in the face of the magnetic pole facing
Cross the anchor part with an unsweatened cross-section.
The armature is preferably with the pressed-on, non-magnetic ring
only connected by loose, attachable parts. For example, the anchor can be in pins
be stored in the coaxial bores of the press ring and the bearing legs
of the armature and in
are secured in their location.
An embodiment of the proposed anchor bearing is on hand
of Figs. i and 2 shown. It shows Fig. I the armature bearing in a parallel section
to the axis of the polarizing magnet and Fig. 2 the armature bearing in plan
the magnet axis.
des Magnets i.
On the pole i of the rod-shaped magnet 2 circular cross-section
is a non-magnetic ring3, e.g. B. made of brass, pressed on. About the over-molded
Magnetic pole, a flat armature d is placed, the middle of which, the end face of the
Magnetic pole opposite part 5 is not weakened in its cross section and
U-shaped bent bearing legs 6, 7 has. The anchor ends 8 are opposite
the two iron legs, not shown, provided with magnetizing coils
of the magnet i. Both the press ring 3 and the legs 6, 7 of the armature, 4 are
coaxially pierced to accommodate attachment pins 9, which are loosely in the holes
io the bearing legs 6, 7 and the press ring 3 can be inserted. The neck disks
i i of the two pins 9 limit the penetration of the pins into the holes so that
that a distance is maintained between the pins and the magnet 2. To secure the position
the pins 9 serves a leaf spring 12 bent at an angle after suffering pages, whose
Legs 13, likewise drilled through on the same axis, are pushed over the ends of the pins 9
and the shoulder washers i i of the pins 9 press against the armature legs 6, 7.
One leg 7 of the anchor is bent sideways and carries the clapper 14.
After assembly is completed, there is between the end face of the magnetic pole i and the
Opposite it flat surface of the anchor center part 5 an air gap 15, the
a limited pivoting movement of the armature about the bearing pins 9 allows. The magnetic one
Flux emerges from the end face of the magnetic pole i via the air gap 15 in
the opposite, flat, solid anchor part. Since the anchor bearing only
consists of a few loosely interlocking parts, assembly can be quick and easy
be carried out cheaply.
