Man unterscheidet grundsätzlich zwei
praktisch kein Durchharig auftritt.
mindest
stark erschwert.Enamelled wire or enamel wire is practically passed through an oven one or more times during its manufacture, depending on the number of lacquering processes used, in which the lacquer layer applied is dried and burned onto the wire. A fundamental distinction is made between two types of construction of such kilns, horizontal and vertical, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. In the horizontal kilns with a horizontal or only slightly inclined heating pipe, one can easily achieve a favorable distribution of the temperature by appropriately dimensioning the heating along the pipe; Be and in general in the first third der'Ofenlänge highest afterwards easily abiällen soll` One must tighten the toggle continuous wire according strong because of the sag. For this reason, the "standing shape" is preferred for painting or enamelling thin and extremely thin enameled wires, the heating tube of which is arranged vertically or almost vertically, and in which there is practically no slack standing heating pipe, which must be open at the bottom and at the top so that the wires can be pulled through, a strong chimney draft occurs, which leads to extraordinarily high heat losses and also makes the desired temperature distribution impossible or at least very difficult.
According to the invention, the advantages of both furnace shapes can be combined for furnaces with an upright heating tube, whereby a furnace suitable for the production of sensitive enamelled wires is created in particular.
The invention consists in that at the upper end of the heating pipe a device for the supply of an air flow is attached which counteracts the chimney draft in the heating pipe. The exit nozzle for the air flow is preferably arranged to extend obliquely downward to the Heizrohrachse. In this case, the heating tube is advantageously stepped off at its upper end on the side facing the nozzle. or beveled to facilitate the entry of the air flow: The drawing shows, for example, an embodiment of the kiln according to the invention: i denotes the upright heating tube of the kiln and 2 the nozzle attached to its upper end, by means of the diagonally from above in the direction of the arrow a stream of air is blown into the open furnace shaft 3. The upper edge 4 of the heating tube is stepped off on the side facing the nozzle 2.
ganz wesentlich'verringert.By appropriately dimensioning the air flow of the nozzle 2, the chimney draft in the heating pipe i can be influenced in any desired way. In this way, the air flow can be adjusted in such a way that it just removes the draft in the chimney. In general, however, a small remainder of the chimney draft will be left in order to continuously remove the gases and vapors released during the drying of the enameled wire from the stove. At the same time, the temperature distribution in the furnace can also be influenced by appropriate regulation of the pressure and temperature of the air flow. In any case, the large heat losses that otherwise occur are very substantially reduced by the invention.
