Epicondylitis-Bandage mit Pelotte konischa Form medizinische Produkte

Als Epicondylitis bezeichnet man eine Entzündung des Epmcondylus,
hervorgerufen durch übermäßige Belastung des Unterarms oder der
Hand, Neben der medikamentösen Behandlung oder physikalischen Maßnahmen wie Bäder, Massagen und um eine Operation eventuell zu
umgehen verwendet man in letzer Zeit gerne eine Bandage, um dme Kräfte, welche als Zug auf den Epicondylus wirken abzublocken
oder abzuschaMchen und zu verlagern. Die bisher im Handel befindlichen
Bandagen umfassen fast stets nur einfach den Unterarm gesamt, ohne auf eine bestimmte Stelle , den Sehnenansatz kurz unterhalb
des Ellenbogens einen speziellen Druck auszuüben.
Die vorliegende Epicondylitisbandage mit Pelotte konische Form, bewirkt durch 1. die angelegte Pelotte ( Metallscheibe oder
ein anderes Material welches eine Druckverstärkung ermöglicht) eine gezielte Druckausübung auf die o.a. Stelle. Man braucht
dadur h nicht den gesamten Unterarm so fest durch die Bandage einzuschnüren, daß es u.U. im Folge der gewünschten Druckausübung
auch noch zu einer Stauung des Unterarm kommt. Schon ein verhältnismäßig gering Zug an der Bandage( bei entspannter, offener Hand
leicht gestrecktem Arm , Bandage knapp unterhalb des Ellenbogengelenks angelegt) bewirkt bei einer Faust der Hand den gezielten
Druck auf die Stelle, wo die Pelotte sitzt. B nng
2. bewirkt die konische Form, daß sich die Bandage der Anatomie des·
ArmsHüNid anpaßt, und so eine gleichmäßige Druckverteilung ermöglicht.
Da die Oelotte in eine Tasche an der Unterseite der Bandage nur lose
eingelegt ist, kann sie leicht entfernt werden, falls sie dem Benutzer unbequem ist. andererseits kann auch aine Pelotte mit
einer stärker ausgeprägten Form eingelegt werden, je nachdem, was Arzt oder Patient für reichtig halten. Die ganze Bandage sollte
auch die im Muster vorliegende Breite nicht unterschreiten, da sonst ebenfall die Gefahr einer Stauung gegeben ist.
Claims (3)
1. Epicondylitisbandage dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandage eine konische, dem Arm angepaßte form besitzt.
2. Epicondylitisbandage nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandage auf der Innenseite d.h. die Seite welche am
Arm aufliegt eine Tasche hat.
3. Epicondylitis-Bandage nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß in diese Tasche ein Pelottenähnlicher Gegenstand z.B. aus
Metall, Gummi oder ähnlich eingelegt werden kann.
