Ϊ Operationsmikroskope wenden vorzugsweise in der Mikrochirurgie verwendet. j Ϊ Surgical microscopes are preferably used in microsurgery. j
Einrichtungen für die Mitbeobachtung oder für die ;.They are often designed using modular technology, i.e. the observation tubes can exchanged and e.g. facilities for co-observation or for;.
Dokumentation können angebaut werden.Documentation can be grown.
It is often desirable that two surgeons get the exact same image at the same time because they operate together. In this case, the use of beam splitters is known, which is located after the main objective and a possibly Magnification changer or zoom system can be arranged and allow the connection of two observation tubes. To differentiate from Co-observation devices in which the object is observed from a different angle are referred to as devices with a beam splitter Employee facilities. These facilities are relatively expensive. For reasons of cost, therefore, simpler surgical microscopes are usually used for course purposes used, where there is often no possibility of adding an employee facility later. This has the following disadvantages: The surgeon has to change his sitting position if the trainer wants to look into the microscope. In addition, if there is no expansion option, the After completing his training, microsurgeon switched to another operating microscope relearn because in later practice at least some of the Operations on an employee facility cannot be dispensed with. There is therefore a desire to have the same surgical microscope on the microsurgeon can also be used later as a surgical microscope.
The present innovation is based on the task of a surgical microscope to create that with a simple structure allows at least two people to look in quick succession without having to change their places must, and that becomes a fully-fledged device with employee and documentation facility can be expanded.

The object is achieved according to the innovation in that the microscope body is mounted rotatably about its optical axis in an axial holder.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the microscope and observation tube are designed for stereoscopic viewing. A beam splitter with two observation tubes can be attached to the tube holder and / or a documentation device can be equipped.
Further refinements of the innovation emerge from the subclaims.
Dabei zeigen:The innovation is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. Show:

Fig. 3 ein Ausführungsbeispiel für den Ausbau zu einem Operationsmikroskop mit Mitarbeitereinrichtung.3 shows an exemplary embodiment for expansion into a surgical microscope with staff facility.
In Fig. 1, \ denotes the entire microscope body. It consists of the housing 2, in which the objective and possibly a magnification changer or a zoom system are arranged. The housing 2 is - as shown in more detail in FIG. 2 - firmly connected to the tube receptacle 3 on which the exchangeable observer tube 4 is placed. In an axial holder 5 attached to the stand, the housing 2, together with the tube receptacle 3, is rotatably mounted about the central axis 6 common to all parts.
Fig. 2 shows in section the annular axial holder 5, the housing 2 and the tube holder 3. The last two parts are firmly connected to one another via the screws 7, so that the entire microscope body 1 can be rotated in the Axial holder 5 is held.
The axial holder 5 is itself with a known ceiling, wall, floor or Table stand connected. A known one is used to illuminate the object Coaxial fiber optic lighting 8 and / or fiber optic oblique lighting 9.
In Fig. 3 is the expansion to a surgical microscope with staff equipment shown. A known stereo beam splitter 9 is placed on the tube holder 3, to which the observation tubes 4a and 4b are attached are.
Observation tubes with continuously adjustable Viewing angles are used. It is also possible to use observation tubes to use a multiple deflection of the beam path. This so-called jet winding creates the working distance, i.e. the distance between object and view, shortened and thus enables the surgeon to work more comfortably.
