Elektrisch heizbarer Handschuh Rainer KreuzburgElectrically heated glove Rainer Kreuzburg
The invention relates to a glove, in particular for motorcyclists, which offers the possibility of heating it if necessary thanks to a built-in electric heater.
The glove is used to protect the motorcyclist's hands from the cold, especially at low temperatures. this will However, only incompletely achieved by appropriate feeding, especially since the thickness of the feeding is required by the necessary There are limits to the mobility of the glove.
The invention is based on the object of the motorcyclist's hands To effectively protect against the cold or to warm cold hands while keeping the gloves light and flexible to keep.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that a electrical heating is built into the glove. The heat is generated by means of a current-carrying resistance wire, the thickness and length of which depends on the desired heating output. Experience has shown that it is an electrical Power of approx. 6W per glove is sufficient. This resistance wire can be in the form of heating elements at certain points placed inside the glove or incorporated into the lining. This can be done by a suitable construction the heating elements or by conveniently laying the resistance wire in the chuck, the resistance wire can break movement of the glove must be avoided. The power supply takes place inside the glove with highly flexible braid that is laid between the leather and the lining of the glove. Two rivets embedded in the leather of the palms and gloves form the electrical contacts. Their counterparts are two metal bands running radially around the handlebar grips, which are connected to the power supply of the motorcycle.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen darin, daß die Hände des Motorradfahrers mit einer geringen elektrischenThe advantages achieved by the invention are that the hands of the motorcyclist with a low electrical

Embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below: Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the glove with built-in heating and a possible position of the heating elements in the fingertips, which is advantageous because a) experience shows that the fingertips are the coldest and b) there are no kinks in the fingertips of the glove which could lead to breaks in the resistance wire. The heating elements can be attached to the bottom and / or top of the fingertips or in a ring around them. In the palm of the hand, a piece of the handlebar grip is shown in dashed lines, which is surrounded by two metal sheets. Through the metal sheets and the two rivets attached to the palm of the glove, the current is conducted into the glove when you grasp the handlebar grip. Fig. 2 shows a section through the glove material and indicates the embedding of the heating elements in the lining of the glove (glued or sewn), as well as the laying of the braid between leather and lining. 3 shows a heating element which consists of resistance wire embedded in a flexible material layer (for example two layers of cotton fabric glued together). As a resistance wire (or heating conductor) kgpn, for example, a wire consisting of the heating conductor alloy NiCr 3020 (trade name Cronifer III) can be used. (Diameter approx. 0.25 mm; length per heating element approx. 60 mm) Fig. 1+ shows the possibility of working the resistance wire into the lining of the glove by means of a cut through a fingertip of the glove.
