Description
Bei den bisher bekannten Fördereinrichtungen mit Förderband, insbesondere solchen für große Förderhöhen, benutzt man vielfach auf dem Band angebrachte Metallwinkel als Mitnehmer. Abgesehen davon, daß solche Förderer sehr geräuschvoll arbeiten und metallene Mitnehmer Fördergut von empfindlicher Beschaffenheit beim Aufnehmen leicht beschädigen, haben sie den weiteren Nachteil, daß bei der Förderung von feinkörnigem oder pulverförmigem Gut, z. B. Salz, sich dieses zumal bei feuchter Witterung an den Mitnehmern festsetzt und verkrustet. Derartige Absetzungen führen allmählich infolge Zersetzung des Metalls zur Zerstörung der Mitnehmer und beeinträchtigen dadurch die Förderleistung. Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, daß die metallenen Mitnehmer bei der Umlenkung des Bandes infolge der notwendigerweise kräftigen Ausführung der Befestigungen einen starken Zug auf das Band ausüben, der zwangsweise zur Ablösung der Mitnehmer führen muß.
