Däs Verfahren hat sich besonders bewährt bei der Destillation von Gemischen aus Wasser und Chlorkohlenwasserstoffen, wie Trichloräthylen, Perchloräthylen u. dgl. Die Beschallung kann durch die bekannten Vorrichturngen mittels Quarzkristallen, durch Magnetostriktion u. dgl. bewirkt werden.
