Die Erfindung betrifft eine Reithose mit einem Besatz aus Leder oder lederähnlichem Material.The invention relates to riding breeches with a trim made of leather or leather-like material.

Reithosen können verschiedene Besätze aufweisen. Einfache Reithosen besitzen einen sogenannten Knieschutz, das ist ein Besatz im Bereich der Hosenbeine, der sich um das Knie herum erstreckt. Das ist insbesondere dann unangenehm, wenn der Besatz in die entsprechenden Teile der Hose eingenäht ist und die rauhe Seite des Besatzes auf der Haut der die Reithose tragenden Person liegt.Breeches can have different trimmings. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Jodhpurhose 1 weist einen üblichen Besatz 2_t der sich zwischen dem Unterschenkel bis zum Schritt und über die Sitzfläche erstreckt. Der Besatz 2 besitzt einen üblichen Zuschnitt Und besteht aus Leder, das auf der Seite 3 eine glatte Oberfläche und auf der Seite 4 eine gerauhte Oberfläche aufweist₄ Bei der dargestellten Reithose 1 ist der Besatz 2 so in die Reithose 1 eingesetzt, daß die glatte Seite 3 sich innen und die rauhe Seite 4 des Besatzes sich außen befindet. Dadurch werden Scheuereffekte auf der Haut vermieden und es wird eine bessere Haftung des Besatzes 2 auf einem nicht dargestellten Sattel erreicht.
