Description

Method of evenly distributing wetting agents Be: the briquette, full of coal with pitch does the high level of pitch add to the nttng the briquettes by st: irkere I #, ttßl> ildttttg tor- pleasantly noticeable. Not to mention yours economic standpoint has therefore seeks to try the addendum in different ways wrestle. Among other things, there were already 7usätze suggested by C51, naphthalene, etc., the older is in the worst case only finely atomized on the Pitch or briquettes are sprayed on. These Processes all have the major disadvantage that with the small quantities Ü1 ttsw. from about o, i to 0.5 ° 1, based on the Brikmtiergut. an equal moderate distribution can never be achieved and dtwr the resulting briquettes very different in their (> resistance to jolting and abrasion. L-tn a good distribution of the small amounts of oil to expand, the following procedure is used. turns. The for the forwarding of the briquette in the l, Zttetwcrk necessary steam becomes 01, naphthalene etc. added. Converted into steam does this 01, naphthalene, etc. reach the cold bri- warps, and then wets it through condensation evenly the entire surface of the coal and bad luck. The I: softening and the melting point of the pitch is lowered. what a Favorable distribution of the pitch at lower Kneading temperature enables and creates a better connection seam with the oil-wetted and thereby gelatinized surface. At the same time, the briquettes are made more rigid, or the pitch content can be reduced with the same compressive strength. If the oils etc. are to be partially converted into resinous binders in the briquetting material, formaldehyde and catalysts, vapors from acids, ammonia etc. can also be added to the steam and thus a further improvement in briquetting can be achieved.

So z. The use of vapors and their Condensation on their property can be used to achieve technical advantages. So z. B. for uniform leaching, wetting, cleaning, etc. of products by means of Water vapor, condensable gases and other vapors, whereby the wash quantities keep it to a minimum.
