The innovation relates to a retaining clip made of hard-elastic plastic for fastening preferably cylindrical parts M / ie pipes, hoses, cables or the like on a carrier plate by means of a welded onto the carrier plate or otherwise attached threaded bolt. Such retaining clips are usually attached by a nut, which is supported on the edge of the fastening sleeve.
