Die unter No. 4884 patentirte Vorrichtung hat den Zweck, dem Lernenden die richtige Körper-, Arm-, Hand- und Fingerhaltung beim Schreiben anzugewöhnen. Zur noch sichereren Erreichung des durch diese Vorrichtung angestrebten Zwecks soll der nachstehend beschriebene »Feder- und Schieferstifthalter« dienen. Derselbe besteht in einer metallenen Hülse a. Dieselbe hat an den Stellen, wo die drei Schreibfmger angesetzt werden müssen, je eine leichte Vertiefung t in der Hülse. Aufser Gebrauch kann die Hülse b am oberen Ende der Federhalterhülse eingeschoben werden. Es kann jede beliebige Stiftstärke verwendet werden; denn ist der Stift z. B. zu stark, so wird er einigemal in den Halbkreisausschnitten der Hülse b gedreht und schneiden dann diese den Stift so weit aus, dafs sich die beiden Hülsentheile vollständig schliefsen können.
