In dieser Lage kann die Bürste d durch einen mit Klinke J₁ versehenen Gewichtshebel_/ dadurch selbstthätig festgehalten werden, dafs der Bürstenhalter bei seiner Abwärtsbewegung den durch das Gegengewicht f₂ nach oben gehaltenen Nasenkopf so weit zurückschiebt, bis diese Nase, eine schlitzförmige Aussparung des Bürstenhalters durchdringend, über die metallische Wand des letzteren greift und. damit den ganzen Bürstenhalter von einer Rückbewegung abhält. Durch Zug an der Stange g kann die Bürste wieder ausgelöst werden, so dafs dieselbe in ihre waagerechte Lage zurückschnellt. Zum Zwecke einer festeren Haltung der Bürste ist mit der Rollgabel und den Scheerenstiften B₁ eine geschlitzte Schiene h verbunden. In diesem Schlitz bewegt sich der mittlere Zapfen i der nächst gelegenen Kreuzungsschiene bei dem Auszug der Scheere, so dafs der Bürstenhalter eine Führung erhält.
