Die den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildende Strohseilspinnmaschine ist in der beiliegenden
Zeichnung veranschaulicht und nach dieser zum Spinnen von zweilitzigen Seilen bestimmt.

Auf der Welle ο befindet sich der Hebel /7, welcher drehbar auf dieser gelagert ist. Der
Hebel h trägt auf dem einen Ende einen Zapfen, welcher eine Messerscheibe s c hält.
Die Messerscheibe s c wird mittelst Treibkette von einem auf der Welle ο angebrachten
Kettenrade in drehende Bewegung gesetzt. Der Hebel h besitzt einen Daumen V1,' das
unterhalb gelagerte Knaggenrad sp einen Gegendaumen v. Auf der Welle 0 sitzt ferner
eine Excenterscheibe x, deren Stange m in die Knaggen des Rades sp eingreift und dasselbe
bewegt. Wenn sich die beiden Daumen ν und V1 begegnen, so wird der Hebel h
mit der Messerscheibe s c so hoch gehoben, dafs die Messerscheibe s c über die Höhe des Seiles
hinausgeht und infolge ihrer Umdrehung dasselbe durchschneidet. Die Messerscheibe fällt
alsbald zurück und läfst den nachschiebenden neuen ■ Strang passiren.The lever / 7 is located on the shaft ο and is rotatably mounted on it. An dem Hebel h sitzt noch eine Schaltklinke q u, welche die Bewegung des Hebels h
mitmacht und in das Schaltrad y des Zählwerkes Fig. 3 eingreift und dasselbe bewegt.
Das Schaltrady besitzt einen Stift, welcher bei jeder Umdrehung den Signalglockenhebel berührt

In der Verlängerung der Maschine befindet sich ein schräg.liegender Tisch T, der zur Aufnahme
des noch zusammenhängenden Seiles dient. Die fortwährende Rechtsdrehung des Seiles verhindert ein vorzeitiges Herabfallen
desselben in den zur Aufnahme unterhalb des schrägen .Tisches ^angebrachten Sammelkorb K,
und es geschieht das Herabfallen erst in dem Augenblick, in welchem die Trennung des

ist, ebenfalls auf der Welle ο gelagert und wird durch den Daumen ν und Gegendaumen i>,

ι . Eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Seilen aus Stroh und ähnlichen Materialien, bei
welcher die Zerlegung des gebildeten Seiles in Stücke von abgepafster 'Länge und Zählung
der letzteren dadurch ermöglicht wird, dafs vor der Austrittsstelle des Seiles aus der Maschine eine mit einem Zählwerk
verbundene Schneidvorrichtung (rotirendes Messer oder scheerenartig gelagertes Messer)
vorgesehen ist, welche in bestimmten Zeitabschnitten gegen das Strohseil vorbewegt

wird, auf welchem es durch die Drehung des Seiles so lange gehalten wird, bis der
Schneidapparat seine Abtrennung bewirkt hat.2.
