Das gezeigte Redner-Tischpult weist eine Vorderwand 10, zwei Seitenwände 12, 14, eine in ihrer Gebrauchslage schräg nach hinten abfallende Pultplatte 16 sowie eine zwischen die Seitenwände eingesetzte Ablageplatte 18 auf. Längs der Oberkante der Vorderwand 10 ist im rechten Winkel zu dieser eine schmale Abdeckplatte 20 befestigt, die mit ihrem vorderen Längsrandstück geringfügig die Vorderseite der Vorderwand 10 und mit ihrem übrigen Teil die Rückseite der Vorderwand 10 überragt. In dieser Abdeckplatte ist beispielsweise eine Vertiefung 22 zum Einlegen einer Uhr vorgesehen. Es können aber auch noch weitere Ausnehmungen in dieser Abdeckplatte vorgesehen sein. An der hinteren Längskante 24 der Abdeckplatte ist die Pultplatte 16 beispielsweise mittels eines Klavierbandes 19 schwenkbar befestigt, das zu diesem Zweck an der Unterseite von Abdeckplatte 20 und Pultplatte 16 befestigt ist. Die Seitenwände 12, 14 sind derart ausgebildet, dass sie in ihrer aufgeklappten Stellung gemäß Fig. 1 über die gesamte Länge ihrer Oberkante 26 an der Unterseite der Pultplatte 16 anliegen, d.h. die letztere ruht auf der Oberkante der Seitenwände.
