Im deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 7 606 566 ist bereits ein Kindersitzaufsatz mit einem Sockelteil, der unten eine Standfläche und oben eine als Sitzfläche ausgebildete Oberseite aufweist, ferner mit Seitenteilen sowie einem Ruckteil, die den Raum oberhalb der Sitzfläche seitlich und hinten begrenzen, vorgeschlagen worden, bei dem die Standfläche zum Aufsetzen auf ein für eine erwachsene Person dimensioniertes Sitzmöbel ausgebildet ist und der Abstand zwischen Standfläche und Sitzfläche der Differenz zwischen den Sitzhöhen eines Erwachsenenstuhles und eines Kinder Stuhles entspricht.
