Description

In the case of the rotors of electrical machines, the freely protruding Heads of the armature winding usually by one applied to the circumference of the winding head Bandage protected against the effects of centrifugal forces. When the winding heads are very are short, as z. B. is the case with multi-pole windings, prepares the attachment The bandages against slipping off certain difficulties because the bandage is made of electrical Reasons must be isolated from the metallic parts of the anchor. -After the invention perfect attachment of the bandage can be achieved in that the for Fixing serving sheet metal strips before inserting the winding by means of a special bandage isolated on a winding head support and attached through to: me known, arranged in the cavities of the winding head insulation body against social # storage are secured.

In Fig. I of the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown. The anchor body is denoted by a. It consists of individual metal sheets on which insulation disks _1r are placed at the ends of the armature, the entire laminated core being held together by end disks c which are shrunk onto the shaft or otherwise fastened in a known manner. Firmly connected to the end disks c is a ring d which serves as a carrier for the end winding t °. The end winding is formed by the end connections f of the armature winding arranged in grooves g. These end connections must be protected against the effects of centrifugal forces, for which purpose, as is well known, a bandage consisting of several turns of steel wire is used. In order to secure this bandage against slipping off, special bandage holders i are used, which consist of narrow sheet metal strips and are fastened in the manner according to the invention. Before the armature winding is inserted, the sheet metal strips are fastened to the end winding support d with the interposition of insulation strips k by means of a steel wire bandage 1 and soldered to this bandage. During the instillation of the winding through the hat slots in , the free ends of the sheet metal strips are bent back over the armature, as indicated at t. -After completion of the winding, the free ends of the sheet metal strips are bent over the winding with the interposition of insulation strips a and wrapped with the bandage h. The free ends that are still protruding are then bent backwards over the finished bandage and soldered to it. The bandage holders are spaced appropriately in front of a larger number of anchor teeth. So that they sit firmly in the cavities formed by the end connections of the winding, these are filled in a known manner with wooden or insulating bodies p before the bandage is applied according to FIG .

Fig. 2 zeigt den Anker in Stirnansicht. Fig. 2 shows the anchor in front view. The invention has opposite other known designs have the advantage that in the bandages and their holders no eddy currents can arise from the action of the magnetic field.
