Ich habe mir die Aufgabe gestellt, ein Halsband für Schlittenhunde zu entwickeln, das dem Hund leicht anzulegen ist, ihn beim Ziehen nicht behindert und aus dem er sich nicht befreien kann.
Lie bisher auf dem imrkt vorhandenen Halsbänder weisen Klingel auf, indem sie entweder aus ungeeignetem Material hergestellt sind (wie z.B. Leder oder Ketall) oder nur mit Hilfe von Schnal-r len angelegt werden können. Außerdem sind sie bei dem dicken i'ell der Schlittenhunde meist nicht so anzupassen, daß sich der Hund nicht gelegentlich daraus befreien kann.
Ich habe nun ein Halsband entwickelt, das allen Ansprüchen genii, t, die man bei Scnlittenhunden stellt. Las Material ist Schlauch- oder Flachband aus Kunststoff. Das Halsband ist dadurch fede,-leicht und trocknet bei Kasse sehr schnell, ohne dan-.cn brüchig zu werden. Außerdem ist es waschbar. Die verwendeten itinge sind aus rostfreiem Stahl, geschweißt. Bei Scnlittenhunden, die enorrie Krr'fte entwickeln kvr.nen, ist es wichtig, daJ: die ninge jeder Zugbelastung standhalten. Dns nicht rostende hateri;-l garantiert außerdem für lange Haltbarkeit. Das Halsband l.:;i..t sich so '.zeit c.'fnen, da^j es genau über den Kopf des Hundes gestreift werden kann. Zieht der Hund, so schlieft es sicii durch Miesen Zug so weit, aal. es direkt am Hals des Hundes rnliegt, ohne ihn zu würgen.
Dadurcn wix'd der hund beim Ziehen nicht behindert, kann sich aber auch nicht durch plötzliches Stehenbleiben und1 Zurückziehen aus dem Halsband befreien.

Durch, die Kombination der eben aufgeführten Faktoren erhält man ein Halsband, das allen Anforderungen im Schlitteiihiinde-Hennsport genügt.

1. Halsband für Schlxttenhunde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Material Schlauch- oder Flachband aus Kunststoff verwendet v/ird.
2. Halsband für Schlxttenhunde nach Ansprach 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verwendeten Ringe aus rostfreiem Staal sind. 5. Halsband für Schlxttenhunde nacn Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein blockierter Zug eingearbeitet ist.
