Contact bridge arrangement for electrical switches and contactors with vertical

Protection. with. double contact interruption by one preferably perpendicular
up and down moving contact bridge, which lies against two fixed mating contacts,
Usually one side of the contact bridge wears out faster than the other.
It eats this the one that closes last when it is switched on and first when it is switched off
opening, because this takes over the closing and closing off. By: Burning off
will be the tendency of the more severely burned side to close last and first
to open, even more so that the one-sided burn did not rope this contact side
burned down to the allowable limit while the other burned down only a little
is. Especially with multi-pole oil contactors, with those with very high switching frequencies
must be expected, the contact bridges must therefore be replaced more often,
than would be necessary with even contact erosion. You already have one
Contact bridges a certain resilience due to balance beam-like storage
Distribution of the contact pressure was awarded, but with this training a more even one could be achieved
Contact burn cannot be achieved.
To remedy this deficiency,
the w.aageha.lken: like mounted contact bridge according to d, -r invention with a
Provided such movable storage that they are with stronger contact fire on the

Closing and opening and now burns down in its turn until the other side
the excess weight gets and: the game repeats itself. By the measure of the invention
the Ko; nta.ktabb: ra.nd on both sides of the contact bridge: and both fixed
Contact pieces distributed more evenly, the: Contact metal used much better
and the service life of the contact bridges is increased accordingly. Further training
the invention is explained on the basis of three exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 2 and 3.

B. aus: Preßisolier= s:to;ff bestehenden

i2 mittels Schrauben j leicht auswechselbar befestigt.
Fig. I shows a, switching pole of a z. B. three-pole oil contactor.

protected by heels in, which lie against (the front edges of the leaf springs.
The leaf springs are bridged by means of copper strips v for better current conduction.
The distance of the top of the middle part h from the upper inner wall -at of the window

The arrangement works as follows: If the pole clutch is b by excitation
des: not shown scarf; tmagne.ten moves upwards, then hits as a result of the
unavoidable deviations in the contact distance first the 1st contact side,
z. B. the left with the contact piece il, on the corresponding fixed mating contact piece
a1. The contact piece i2 then closes by impact; on a2 the circuit,
the z. B. runs in the direction of the arrows, and takes over the starting light. At the

Switch-off fire completely or at least to a large extent: Part of it takes over. Consequently
the right side burns more than the left over time, so that the switched off
Contact bridge under the preponderance of the left contact, il on this side
inclines, so a small pivot in the opposite direction that executes clockwise, so far
this allows the stop of the middle part h on the upper inner wall u; u. This will

then after a certain number of switching operations, it again burned down more heavily
as i2, the switched-off contact bridge flips to the right, side, etc.,
so that the contact edge is distributed as evenly as possible on both sides.
der Kontakte erschwert wird-.As a result of the known arrangement of the leaf springs k practice the
movable contact: tücke il, i2 a pushing and rolling movement during the

the contacts are made difficult.
n, an denen die beweglichen Kontaktstücke o be-
festigt sind.Instead of leaf springs, you can of course also use any other suitable suspension, e.g. As shown in FIG. 2 n also in manner known per se Schrraubenfedern, on which the moving contact pieces are o loading solidifies.
May come. you can also use a single spring, e.g. B. if, according to FIG. 3, the bearing block q is supported in a bracket r by means of a compression spring s. This arrangement has the advantage that the contact bridge can be designed as a rigid, easily replaceable rail p . The bracket r is by means of a screw t in; attached to the window unid is designed so that it limits the movement of the bearing block upwards. The contact bridge p, which consists of a rigid center piece, is then mounted in a bearing block q which is resiliently arranged on the contact carrier and whose upward movement is limited in such a way that the contact bridge remains sufficiently movable.
