Wannen für das Warmhalten von gefährdeten Neugeborenen,insbesondere von atem-und stoffvechselgestörten Neugeborenen sind bekannt (DT-PS 512 743)Diese Wannen sind doppelwandig auegeführt. In den Zwischenräumen der beiden Wände sind Heizelemente und eine Flüsigkeit untergebracht,die durea diese Heizelemente regelbar erwärmt und somit eine Abkühlung des in der Wanne liegenden Keugeborenen verhindert wird.Es ist weiterhin bekannt(französische Patentschrift 1 499 432) kranke Patienten in einer Wanne mit elastischer und mit Flüssigkeit gefüllter Doppelwand schwimmend zu lagern und ein hartes Aufliegen zu vermeiden.Ein Wärmeverlust des Körpers des Patienten wird hiermit nicht verhindert. Es ist auch als bekannt anzusehen,daß in eine Platte,die als Operations-oder auch als Wickeltisch dient,eine dem Körper des gefährdeten Neugeborenen angepasste Wanne einsetzbar ist,deren Doppelwandung mit einer isothermnen Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist und deren innere Wandung aus einem elastischem Plastikmaterial besteht (deutsche Patentanmeldung P 21 24 407.5-35).IM einen Wärmeverlust des Körper des Heugeborenen zu verhindern,sind an den Längsseiten der Wanne Schlitze angeordnet,die von beiden Seiten eines erwärmten Luftstrom zur Bildung eines Wärmeschirms überTubs for keeping babies at risk, especially at risk, warm of newborns with impaired breathing and metabolism are known (DT-PS 512 743).
