Parallel switching device Parallel switching devices in which
the parallel connection of the two networks with a default angle proportional to the slip
is initiated by means of a switching relay are known per se. The default angle
is known not only to the slip frequency, but also to the time period
proportional, after the command has been issued to execute the parallel connection
is required. A disadvantage of the known parallel switching devices
felt that mostly auxiliary devices are used specifically for the parallel switching device
were drafted, reproached and therefore often still have defects as a new design, the
only become apparent during operation. The present invention aims
to provide a remedy here and to meet the need for a parallel switching device
to be built exclusively from known and proven auxiliary devices or individual parts,
which are also common for other purposes. This not only makes it a considerable one
Reduction of the cost of the parallel switching device ensured, but it is also
enables the operating personnel to be able to
Carry out repairs yourself or replace individual parts. This task
is achieved in that the contact piece of the switching relay in a known manner from
a Ferrari propulsion system, its Wickhingen
the
Phase of the two voltages of the networks to be connected in parallel compares, but that
according to the invention in the circuit of one winding of the Ferrari propulsion system
Resistor arrangement containing reactances is provided, which as a function
is controlled by the slip frequency by means of a further controller such that
the additional phase rotation of the current in the winding of the caused by it
Ferrari propulsion system corresponds to the required standard angle.
In Reihe
In the exemplary embodiment shown schematically in the drawing, the two networks I and II to be switched in parallel are connected by means of the isolating switch A, which is controlled by the relay B. The excitation winding of the relay B is connected to a voltage via the contact piece a of the actual switching relay C, which is proportional to the total voltage of the two networks I and TI and is obtained by means of the transformers T1 and T2. The polarity of the transformers T1 and T2 is designed so that the relay B can only respond if the phase of the two networks is not too different, even when contact a is closed. The contact piece a of the switching relay is moved by a Ferrari drive system b, the windings c and d of which are each connected to a voltage derived from the networks I and II. In series with one winding d is a resistor arrangement consisting of the capacitor e, the self-induction f and the resistor ä. The variable tap h is connected to the junction of e and f via the winding d and the relevant voltage source. The rolling sector h of the controller D picks up different resistance values on the resistor g depending on its position, so that the current flowing in the winding d experiences an additional phase shift, which in one end position of the sector h leads the voltage by 90 °, in the other end position of the sector 1a lags behind the voltage by 90 °. The self-induction f and the capacitance e are expediently tuned to resonance with the mean network frequency and the resistance is selected so that the condition g2 = d. # e # f is at least approximately fulfilled. ä is the resistance in ohms, e is the capacitance in Farads and f is the self-induction in Henry. The rolling contact h of the controller D is now controlled by the drive system i so that the additional phase rotation of the current in the winding d of the switching relay C increases at least approximately proportionally with the frequency difference of the two networks, both in size and sign. For this purpose, the rolling sector according to the controller D is moved by a Ferrari system i, which exerts a torque from its rest position that increases in magnitude and sign proportionally with the transfer power of a slip measuring group E connected between the networks. The one winding h of the Ferrari system of D is accordingly on the voltage of the slip measuring group, while the other winding measures the transfer current of the slip measuring group according to size and sign via the capacitor ü by means of a current transformer o. Because the transfer power of the slip measuring group E increases proportionally with the slip, it is easy to see that the contact a of the switching relay C only assumes the rest position and initiates the switching command when the currents flowing in the windings c and d are in phase or exactly out of phase. However, the device is designed in such a way that, when the currents in d and c are out of phase, the total voltage of the two auxiliary networks fed by T1 and T2 is too low to cause relay B to respond. On the other hand, in-phase currents in c and d are only present at a certain slip frequency if the phase between the two networks has the opposite sign to the additional phase rotation of the current flowing in winding d. Since this additional phase rotation is proportional to the slip, it is equal to the default angle. The switching time is determined by the reverse torque, which returns the rolling sector h of the controller D to the center position shown. The accuracy of the entire control device, however, can be changed by the sensitivity of the switching relay C. An electromagnet p is therefore preferably provided as a restoring device in the two rolling sector regulators C and D, the excitation of which, and thus the restoring force acting on the armature q coupled to the drive system b or i, can be easily adjusted to the corresponding values through the two resistors r.
The facility is extremely easy to use. When the
Switch s is only to be waited until the slip frequency is still permissible
Has reached values. Then the hand contact s is closed, and the device
carries out the parallel connection automatically. The one for the right parallel connection
In the exemplary embodiment described, the relevant parts consist of two rolling sector contact regulators
with an electric spring and a slip measuring group, so that the task at hand
namely a parallel switching device as possible from known and also
devices commonly used for other purposes
to be built up, to be regarded as solved
is. There is a particular advantage of the devices according to the present invention
also still in the fact that the parallel connection of both single-phase as well as of
Multi-phase networks without changing the relevant auxiliary equipment is possible.
