Description
Device for dissolving waste paper and the like a device for dissolving waste paper and the like, consisting of a pan mill, a sieve device and a shredder in series connection using a pan mill whose bowl is at a point on the floor outside of the grinding path broken through and with a regulating the amount of passage of the shredded material Slide is provided. The invention aims to significantly increase the throughput while at the same time simplifying the system and operation. This is according to the invention achieved in that .the openings in the bottom of the bowl are designed as slots whose longitudinal axes are at an angle to the bowl radius. With the known Devices of the type described above, the throughput is essentially determined by the performance of the pan mill, the result of the discontinuous operation remains far behind that of the shredder, so that either rolled in stock must be or several pan mills must be operated next to each other. Used instead of the discontinuously working pan mill, one is known per se, continuous working, whose bowl is perforated at one point on the bottom and with a the flow rate of the comminuted material is provided regulating slide, then There is soon a significant drop in performance, due to the special nature of the milled goods, namely waste paper and the like, is justified, which in contrast to other, Raw material that does not contain fiber causes rapid clogging of the perforated openings caused by the pan pan. In that the perforations in the form of Slots are formed whose longitudinal axes make an angle with the radius of the bowl without special measures, becomes a permanent, uniform one Exit of the comminuted material, without substantial admixtures of coarser pieces, secured.
In the drawing the device according to the invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a plan view and Fig. 2 shows a plan.
Wie üblich, wird das Altpapier o. dgl. in durch Wasser oder Dampf aufgeweichtemZustand im Kollergang zerkleinert.a denotes the pan pan, b the runner stones. c a slotted plate embedded in the bottom of the bowl outside of the grinding path, the slotted egg of which forms an angle with the bowl radius. Below the slotted plate there is an adjustable slide to regulate the amount of material that passes through. h denotes a scraper that is rigidly attached to the vertical shaft and arranged close to the bottom of the bowl, which is expediently kept as narrow as possible (about 5 cm high) and serves to keep the slotted plate permeable. d denotes a bucket elevator. (read the crumbled material conveyed to the vibrating sieve f, which has the task of holding back larger pieces of material and foreign bodies and returning usable pieces of paper via the channel j to the pan a Usually, the waste paper or the like is shredded in a pan softened by water or steam.
