Schon durch einen geringen Zusatz der thermoplastischen Polymerisate erhalten die genannten aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffe. eine ausgesprochene Klebrigkeit und Zähigkeit, die diejenige der amerikanischen Vaseline bei weitem übertrifft. Außerdem besitzen die .auf diese Weise hergestellten Massen ausgesprochene elektroisolierende Eigenschaften.
