Step switch with transition resistance for tap transformers
In non-stationary cinema systems there are step switches with switching resistance
known for tapping transformers, between them connected to the tapping unit of the control winding
Contacts connected to the transformer are arranged each tein resistance contact
which are conductively connected at the @einierrl end of the resistor while
the other resistor is connected to the tap changer contact that is on
the start of the winding process is connected. The object of the invention is to provide a
such known tap changer for tap transformers in non-stationary cinema systems
to be changed to the effect of the inrush current that occurs when transformers are switched on.
with a lot of iron b @ ecktligh. can be quite large, is noticeably attenuated. That will
thereby achieved, that before the tap changer contact, which is connected to the control winding start
is connected, a resistor contact is provided which is connected to the same resistor end
is in constant contact with the other resistance contacts.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the tap changer with a switching resistor according to the invention. In the present case, the tap changer works with a tap transformer r, q., 6, whose secondary winding q. a projection lamp 5 'feeds. The primary winding r is connected to the mains terminals 2 and 3 via the step switch. It has dife taps 8, 9, 10, 11, i 2 and 1 3, the distances from each other are the same. The control winding start 7 and the taps are connected to contacts 14, 1 5, 1 6, 1 7, 1 8, 1 9 and 2o of the tap changer. This has a shift lever 2 r, which can be rotated about the axis 22. The switching lever is connected to the mains terminal 2 via the contact track 23. With its end 24 it slides over the contact path formed by the step contacts. This circular arc-shaped contact path can also be closed. A resistance contact 26 or 27 or 28 or 29 or 3o or 31 is attached between each two contacts connected to the taps. The contact -. 5 before contact 1q. is the initial contact and at the same time a resistance contact. The resistance contacts 25 to 31 are so closely spaced from the other contacts that the switching lever 21 can touch two adjacent contacts at the same time.
Sämtliche Widerstandskontakte sind durch einen Leiber 32 miteinander
verbunden.
All resistance contacts are connected to one another by a body 32
tied together. At the resistor contact 25, this is the end of the switching resistor
33 connected, while the other end: the resistance across the bodies 34 am
Normal winding start 7 is. When the switching lever is on the initial contact before switching on
25 is, as shown, the inrush current through the resistor 33
mitigated. Furthermore, the resistor limits the step short-circuit current in a known manner
when switching through the multiple switch. Advantageously: becomes the step switch
Equipped in a known manner with an over-center suspension, so that the
Switching lever only on the contacts connected to the taps on the control winding
can stand still '.
