The individual chambers must also be provided with a corresponding number of heavy lids, which in turn require great forces to open and close, which require heavy forces to be put in place.

It has therefore already been proposed that the annealing or heating of blocks for rolling mills, P # reäbetriebe etc. should be carried out in rotatable furnaces, which are either designed as so-called Telleiringöfen-io.der rotatable multi-chamber furnaces. represents a self-contained ring-shaped tunnel, through which the bühg is passed on a floor similar to a revolving platform until it can be removed again at the loading point, have not proven themselves in the annealing of large blocks. In particular, the sealing between the movable floor surface and the stationary furnace, wall and ceiling creates difficulties, but above all slag flow and scale depletion occur during annealing. easily and frequently to malfunctions. Drehbaxe, multi-chamber ovens are extremely expensive to purchase and require particularly high Aritreibkraft, since with them the entire oven including roof, gas exhaust conditions, fans, recuperator, etc. must be put into circulation. As a result of the division of the furnace space into a number of individually and independently heated chambers, a number of doors with the associated lifting devices corresponding to the number of chambers must also be available. These make the furnace more expensive - and bring high heat losses - with it - Together with the plate ring ovens, they have the disadvantage that as a result. der.Arrangement of the doors in the. Side wall, the blocks last introduced into a chamber must first be removed again. This regularly leads to the blocks inserted opposite the loading opening. are heated for too long and cause severe scaling. Plate ring - Lind rotatable multi-chamber ovens can also only be arranged above the floor - and therefore take up a lot of space. As a result of the laterally arranged charging openings, special charging machines are also required to operate them. - In contrast, forming the subject of ZD invention, a furnace, the brick sole and forming a self-contained annular heating chamber also ge.-inauerte side walls mounted on a rotating annular disc: are. The glow space is closed at the top by a fixed roof, which has an interruption on the loading side that can be closed by doors or flaps. The furnace is loaded and the annealing material is removed from the furnace, just like in the known deep annealing furnaces. simply by means of a crane, without the need for special charging machines. The stove can be heated from the side walls as well as from the roof. The gases and vapors that occur during the glow are led along under the fixed roof through the entire furnace space and drawn off directly from the loading opening. The annealing material is therefore heated in countercurrent.
Zwischenwänden in Glühkammern aufzuteilen.
So that the individual parts of the material used during the heating process
do not affect each other, it is advisable to build in the glow space
Dividing partitions into annealing chambers. The * partition walls act at the same time
as additional radiant surfaces -Lm.d increase the furnace output.

As a result of its design, the furnace according to the invention
arrange sunk and roof, so that from the base of the operating room
is no more stressed than the loading and unloading opening and the gas exhaust pipe
turn off. This is in contrast to the well-known rotating teaching chamber furnaces with the furnace
according to the invention no gas vents or the like. into the room enclosed by the Clühra-Lim
protrude, the stove can also be built around a column or a pillar,
which, under certain circumstances, results in a particularly favorable use of space.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the furnace forming the subject of the invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a cross-section through the furnace, Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the furnace. The flowering room i is enclosed by the walls2 made of fire-resistant material. These rest on a circular base plate 3, which can be moved with the help of the wheels 4 on the rail track 5 laid in a circular ring. The upper end of the annealing furnace is formed by the fixed roof 6, which is supported by rollers or wheels 7 against the furnace walls 2 and the edges of which are sealed against the furnace by sand cups 8. At the loading location, the roof is interrupted by an opening 9 , which can expediently be closed by doors or flaps (not shown) that can be opened at the side. Two such openings can also be provided, one of which is used for removing the annealing material and the other for loading. The gases sweeping along under the roof 6 are drawn off by the fume cupboard io.
If necessary, slag drainage openings can be provided,
which are then conveniently placed at the foot of the inner furnace wall.
