Description
Contact wire holder The track and contact line systems in lignite opencast mines or the like. Electric railways used usually have to be laid from time to time will. The distances between the catenary masts usually change. In order to avoid, that by changing the distance between the contact line masts damage to the contact line system enter, contact wire holders have already been provided in which the contact wire is in surrounding it is guided longitudinally displaceable, so that the contact wire and the masts can change their position against each other. With these contact wire holders are for transferring the contact strip of the pantograph over the guide means of the wire holder on this as skids projecting on both sides, under the Fixed guide means of the wire holder and with their free ends up Stirrups protruding over the contact wire are provided. So far, these have been made of cast iron or made of contact wire material so that they are practically rigid. Such Contact wire holders can be used for pantographs with metal contact rollers. In contrast, it has been found that carbon contacts when driving under such contact wire holder are smashed because they are due to the transition from the contact wire to the skid rigid structure suffer too great a shock. But since coal is the contact wire practically does not attack at all, smooths it with a highly conductive layer Coated on the sliding surface, it is essential and economical to keep the contact wire to be trained in such a way that it can also be run over by carbon contacts.
This object is achieved by the invention. The invention relates to a contact wire holder of the type mentioned and consists in that the skids thanks to slightly resilient, flat rails made of material with higher elasticity than Cast iron are formed and their cross-section is dimensioned so that their resistance to The deflection caused by the contact strip is smaller than that of the tensioned contact wire.
The skids designed according to the invention give way to the contact strip of the pantograph initially, but gradually take over the pressure of the contact strip, its direction of movement gradually with corresponding relief of the contact wire and is changed smoothly until the skids finally take the pressure of the contact strip record alone.
It has already been suggested the wire holders to which the Contact wire perfect is clamped, so with guide members equip that clamps are attached to the contact wire, on both sides of the Contact wire holder, and one formed by a leaf spring on each of the two terminals Guide member is attached. This: facility is with such contact wire holders, in which the contact wire is longitudinally displaceable in guide means of the wire holder, not applicable and also has the disadvantage that the pantograph is at the Approaching the contact wire holder in the direction of the clamping point of the leaf spring moved to the free swinging end of the same, so that the pressure of the leaf spring against the contact strip of the pantograph is constantly decreasing, while the pressure of the contact wire increases. Therefore, this arrangement ensures a smooth transfer of the pantograph over the wire holder not reached, so that this facility for driving with Coal contact strips are not applicable.
Es zeigen: Fig. i den Fahrdrahthalter in schematischer Darstellung in Seitenansicht, Fig.2 den Fahrdralitlialter in Seitenansicht und Fig.3 den Fahrdrahtlialter in Ansicht von oben im Sinne der Fig. -2.The object of the invention is shown in the drawing in one embodiment for example shown. They show: FIG. 1 the contact wire holder in schematic form Representation in side view, Fig. 2 the Fahrdralitlialter in side view and Fig. 3 the contact wire older in view from above in the sense of Fig. -2.
At the Falirdralite age, only partially indicated in FIGS are to guide the contact wire o, two pairs of vertical rollers b and between them two horizontal rollers c and d arranged, by which the contact wire enclosed will. The contact wire a can be with little play compared to the contact wire holder move in its longitudinal direction.
Two skids e are provided so that the contact piece g of the current collector, which is otherwise not shown, can run over the rollers h and d. which are formed by stirrups attached to the contact wire under the rollers b and d , projecting on both sides and with their free ends protruding upwards over the contact wire a. The free ends of the skids are connected by bars f, which are located above the contact wire a. According to the invention, the skids e consist of slightly resilient, flat rails made of material with higher elasticity than cast iron, and their cross-section is dimensioned so that their resistance to deflection by the contact strip g is smaller than that of the tensioned contact wire a. When the contact wire g approaches the contact wire holder from the right in the sense of FIG near their free ends, for example at the point marked lt, crosses. The contact strip g therefore strikes the free ends of the skids e. Since the resistance of the skids to deflection by the contact strip is less than that of the tensioned contact wire, the skids are gradually deflected from their usual position into the position marked e in FIG. The contact wire is gradually relieved and the resilient bracket is loaded, so that the contact strip without a sudden change of direction, approximately on the dashed line h (Fig. I), to point i. has moved while the skid has reached position e '. The skids have now taken over the pressure of the contact strip g. The contact strip is passed smoothly on the skids e over the catenary wire holder and placed back on the catenary wire in a corresponding manner. The smooth transition of the contact wire from the contact wire to the skids is achieved more safely, the lower the mass of the skids.
The contact wire holders can be firmly connected to the skids or, as Figure 2 shows, articulated and rotatably mounted about an axis, such as the roller rl be.
