Description
- Wasserglaskitt Zusatz zum Patent 713 983 Es ist bis jetzt vergeblich versucht worden, zur Erhöhung oder Erreichung einer gewissen Elastizität von Wasserglaskitt, wenigstens dessen Sprödigkeit zu vermindern, Zusätze von Dextrin, Diastase oder zuckerhaltigen Stoffen zu den Kittmischungen zu machen. Diese Versuche sind bis jetzt hauptsächlich deshalb gescheitert, . weil solche Kittmassen mit den erwähnten Zusätzen sich rasch wieder entmischen. Will man die Zusätze für bestimmte Zwecke dem Wasserglas für sich beimischen, tritt nach kurzer Zeit eine starke Verdickung ein, so daß auch solche Lösungen nicht verarbeitbar sind.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man dem Wasserglas zuckerhaltige Stoffe zufügen kann, ohne daß Verdickung oder Entmischung eintritt, wenn dem Wasserglas zuerst oder gleichzeitig Tricalciumphosphat oder Aluminiumtriformiat für sich ,allein oder in, beliebiger Zusammenwirkung beigemischt werden. Als zuckerhaltige Stoffe verwendet man Kalksaccharat, Stärkezucker oder Melasse.
- Durch Zusatz dieser zuckerhaltigen Stoffe in beliebiger Menge werden die Wasserglaskitte nicht nur wasserfest, sondern sie bekommen die erstrebte Elastizität, und selbst bei geringen Zuckerzusätzen wird die Sprödigkeit der Wasserglasmischun.gen erheblich vermindert.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Kitt aus. Wasserglas mit Zusatz von Tricalciumphosphat oder von Aluminiumtriformiat oder Mischungen beider gemäß Patent 7 13 983, gekennzeichnet durcheinen Zusatz zuckerhaltiger Stoffe, wie Stärkezucker, Kalksäccharat oder Melasse.
