Das Band 18 wird hierbei durch zwei Umlenkrollen geführt, so daß es an der Frontseite der Kassette an zwei Öffnungen vorbeiläuft, durch die in an sich bekannter Weise die Magnetköpfe in die Kassette hineinragen und mit dem Band zusammenspielön.
