Sammelmappen-Registratur Es ,sind Samrnelmappenregistraturen bekannt, bei welchen die Mappenrücken in Felder eingeteilt sind, die zur Aufnahme von Merkzeichen (Buchstaben oder Ziffern) dienen und die die Nummer der betreffenden Akte durch eine Buchstaben- oder Ziffernzusammenstellung angeben. Deshalb verzichtet man in den untersten Untergruppen mitunter auf die strenge Durchführung des Dezimalsystems, um auf diese Weise auch mehr als io Untergruppen einer übergeordneten Gruppe unterordnen zu können. Zweckmäßig unterbricht man, wenn man von dieser Maßnahme Gebrauch macht, die Aktennummer durch einen Schrägstrich und schreibt z. B. 700/I bzw. 700/2r, um auf diese Weise anzudeuten, daß die Dezimalklassifikation nur bis zu dem Schrägstrich reicht und die anschließenden Ziffern nur die Ordnungsfolge einer bloßen Aneinanderreihung von Akten symbolisieren. Ist man aus irgendeinem Grunde genötigt, die Akte 700/3 noch weiter zu unterteilen., so fügt man weitere Teilnummern unter nochmaliger Zufügung eines Schrägstriches an, so daß dann eine Aktennummer von .der Gestalt 700/3/7 oder 70013/I7 entsteht. Auf diese Weise spart man zwei Ziffern in der Aktennummer. Zweckmäßig ist es weiterhin, die Aktennummern der besseren Lesbarkeit wegen so zu .gruppieren, daß Gruppen von dreiziffrigen Zahlen entstehen, da diese am leichtesten zu lesen sind.
