Die Vorteile gegenüber dem bekannten Schrägschnitt der Karten sind darin zu se @en, daß die Plättchen leicht zu greifen sind, da einzelne Stellen lt und L aus dem Stapel herausragen. Das Plättchen ist auch weitaus widerstandsfähiger als Papier, und für den Schrägschnitt selber braucht ein besonders großer Kontenkopf nicht mehr angeordnet werden.
