Frame holder The invention relates to an improvement in the
in patent 679 865 - frame holder in which the frame holder ends
on; a traction device stretched obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the shoe towards the heel
are connected.
According to the invention, the frame half ends are connected to the
Traction means under. Mediation of rigid joint supports, which in their shape
are adapted to the shoe joint and the action of transverse to the longitudinal axis of the shoe
working pressure devices. This creates a good snuggle

The frame holder 9 consists, in a known manner, of a rubber strip with a wedge-shaped cross section and a wire insert 9 '. The wire insert 9 'is attached to the left and right of the shoe by means of the rivet 13 on the joint supports 44, 45 made of metal. The rubber strip of the frame holder is extended in its upper part 9 ″ over the joint supports and connected to the joint supports by rivets 49 (FIGS. 7 and 10) while the holder is being tensioned on the shoe, they can be tightened exactly fitting flat over the frame, whereby the upper leather cannot be damaged by the strong pressure of the pneumatic cushion of the sole press 8 or pins 48 are provided according to the embodiment according to Fig. 9. The mandrels 46 or pins 48 are used to connect the clamping brackets 4o, 41, which are connected to one another by a joint 41 'and are tightened by means of a clamping screw 42 actuated by a hand crank 143 " , so that the joint supports are pressed firmly against the shoe (Fig. 8). In the embodiment according to Fig. 9, the brackets are tensioned 4o .. 41 by a knurled screw 47 seated in the bracket 141, the foot of which is supported on an approach of the bracket 4o. On the joint supports hooks 6 are also provided, in which the tensioning wire 7 is suspended, which is attracted by a tensioning device and fixed by means of a clamp 8 on the bottom of the shoe. The tension wire can be used in many ways, as the soles are only glued to the frame and not to the heels. To loosen the tension wire you only need to lift the non-glued heel end of the sole and the clamp 8 remove. The tension wire 7 falls from
st off hook 6. Then you can
`-äae Slightly remove the frame holder. the
Differences in the different shapes of the shoes are largely compensated for by the flexibility of the frame holder. It is sufficient to use only two joint supports of different sizes for the different shoe joints. Differences in shoe lengths can easily be compensated for by lengthening or shortening the frame holder.
angedeuteten Pfeilrichtung hin und her bewegbar sitzen.
angeordnet. When using the frame holder securing device according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the procedure is such that the shoe is first placed on the last stand 28 (FIG. 4). Then the frame holder g is between upper leather. and frame inserted from the tip of the shoe, whereupon the rollers 17 are placed on the frame holder. Each roller 17 is carried by a lever 18 which is adjustable by a screw i 9 and is articulated on the pressure lever 2o. In the bearings 26 lie the pivot pins 26 'on the left and right, on which the two levers 2o sit so as to be movable to and fro in the direction of the arrow indicated in FIG. To attract the two levers 2o, an oscillating plate 21 is provided, by pulling it down, the levers 2o are pivoted and the pressure rollers 17 are pressed against the frame holder. The oscillating plate 2 i compensates for the uneven shape of the inner and outer joints of the shoes. The vibration plate 21 is pressed down by the bolt 22, which is fixed in the pulled-down position by a friction lever 23. The lever 23 comprises the pin 22 (figure on the left in FIG. 3), engages with a nose 23 'in a bearing body 22' and is under the action of a spring 24. The pressure rollers 17 of the lever 2o can be adjusted so that they either on the rubber strips of the frame holder 9 (Fig. 3) or on the metal joint supports 44, 45. lie, as the figure to the right of FIG. 3 is intended to indicate. The bolts 22 are pulled down from one of the foot steps 31 hinged to the column 37 (FIG. 4) after coupling the parts 25, 30. The rollers 17 of the pressing device 18-26 'are provided with a frame holder for removing the shoe. opened by pressing the handle of the friction lever 23, whereby the clamping of the spring bolt 22 is released. On the column 37 sits a rotatable cast cross which has four arms 36 (FIG. 5) and can be rotated on the column 37 by means of a ball bearing. The shoes provided with the frame holder are removed from the stand at points A, B, new shoes are attached to the stand, the frame holder 9, as described,. The cast cross is then rotated into position C, D. The coupling hatches 25, 30 turn brought into the coupling position so that they stand on top of one another. One can proceed in such a way that the aforementioned work is carried out by one worker and that a second worker then clamps the frame holder on the heel by means of the tension wire 7, which is kicked by a clamping device 12, 14, 32, 33 (FIG. 4) 31 is tightened and fixed by a clamp 8 on the shoe bottom. The tensioning device for the tension wire 7 is carried by the support 35 of the column 37 and is arranged on the circumference of the turnstile 36.
In order to ensure a firm fit of the frame holder even during the sole bonding in the press, the clamping bracket 40, 41 is attached to the shoe joint area, as FIG. 4 shows. The pressure rollers 17 that have been in effect until then are released again by the hand lever 23 . You can then remove the shoe from the device ready for sole bonding. All of these operations require very little time for each operation. The clamping bracket 40, 41 holds the frame holder firmly during the sole fastening. It is not a hindrance for the clamping device of the press for gluing the soles. You can use the various devices to glue thin soles to frame shoes, which was previously not possible because of the crack in the sole to double on frame shoes.
