ist als Erfinder genannt worden.has been named as the inventor.
Stromstoßsender, insbesondere für FernsprechanlagenSurge transmitters, in particular for telephone systems
Patentiert im Deutschen Reich vom 12. November 1938 an Patenterteilung bekanntgemacht am 10. April 1941Patented in the German Reich on November 12, 1938 Patent granted April 10, 1941
ist in Anspruch genommen.is used.
The invention relates to impulse transmitters, in particular for telephone systems, and relates to an appropriate design of such switches to prevent the surge contact, which is subject to a very high level of stress to remove harmful influences from the air and when the contact is opened to prevent occurring sparks, so that such a surge transmitter without special Encapsulation can be used in equipment exposed to explosive gases.
According to the invention, the impulse contact is designed as a vacuum contact for this purpose, which is under the influence of a rotatable magnet, which during the process of the transmitter is set in rotation by this and here the vacuum contact by magnetic influence accordingly the setting of the transmitter.
Their ability to produce no sparks is an advantage everywhere comes into its own where explosive gases occur. So far, such contacts have been used for impulse transmitters not been used, contact works were used in such endangered plants usual training, but separated from the setting screen in a pressure-resistant Housing were arranged. Furthermore, a specially mounted axle is required for the adjusting disk. The invention The special type of actuation of such vacuum contacts with rotatable magnets is now made take advantage of that for surge contacts
Their installation is easy while maintaining the usual components of the switch, as only the part that otherwise affects the impulse contact acts and had to be set in rotation for this purpose, by the Vacuum contact acting magnet is to be replaced. According to another invention is this! magnet U-shaped and ίο takes with each half turn with one its two poles an effective position to the actuating spring of the impulse contact. The impulse contact, which is sealed airtight by a glass tube or the like, is also in accordance with the measure further invention provided with an armature made of magnetic material on its actuating spring assigned to the magnet, in order to achieve a safe operation of the contact.
The invention is closer to an embodiment shown in the drawing described.
Fig. 2 ist eine Seitenansicht hierauf. It is therein ■ Fig. Ι a plan view the back of a current impulse transmitter with a contact formed in this way. Fig. 2 is a side view thereof. Fig. 3 shows on an enlarged scale the glass tube in section with its contact springs.
Fig. 4 ist ein Querschnitt, nach der Linie 4-4 der Fig. 3 undFig. 4 is a cross section taken along line 4-4 of Figs
Fig. 5 eine Seitenansicht des Halters des Glasrohres.Fig. 5 is a side view of the holder of the glass tube.
The surge transmitter illustrated in the drawing corresponds to one the type of finger disc used in telephone systems and differs from it only in that instead of the usual pulse element acting on the current impulse springs the U-shaped permanent magnet is provided and that the current impulse springs in an evacuated or with an inert. Gas-filled glass tubes are used according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The springs 23 and 24 protrude with their connection ends from the glass tube 20 to the outside to produce the conductive Link. According to FIG. 4, the inner end of the spring 23 is welded to a contact plate 22. The other Spring 24 carries at its inner end an I L-shaped extension 21, which the mating contact | for contact 22 forms. At the bottom | this spring is also a plate 25 from j attached to magnetic material, of a length equal to that of the permanent magnet i 12 corresponds. When the springs are withdrawn from the action of the magnet 12, stand “Lic two contacts 21 and 22 by the tension of their springs 23 and 24, over Contact.
Es ist daher ersichtlich, daß wahrend jeder halben Umdrehung des Magneten ein Stromstoß erzeugt wird, entsprechend der Arbeitsweise solcher Stromstoßsender mit einem Stromstoßrad ο. dgl. noAs can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2 and 5. the introductory described contact device is carried by a holder 15, the is adjustable on an L-shaped bearing 9 by means of the screws 16 is attached. These Adjustability is required to allow for a change in the distance between the pipe 20 and the permanent magnet 12 to allow changing the momentum ratio. The magnet 12 acting on the armature 25 of the actuating spring 24 is with the drive spindle of the impulse transmitter by nuts 17 and iS firmly connected and takes a parallel position with its longitudinal axis to the anchor plate in the rest position 25 a. In this position, the spring 24 is attracted by the magnet 12, so that the rush contact is closed, according to the usual arrangement such impulse transmitter. If the finger washer is out of its usual position at the Setting brought out, it takes the magnet on its return to the rest position 12 with, which during 'each half turn due to the increase in the air space between the armature plate 25 and its pole faces, the contact spring 24 now temporarily releases so that this through their Spring effect came out of the previous position and thereby the contact points 21 and 22 separate. Since the magnetic induction depends on the location of the Poles of the magnet to the armature plate 25 gradually changed, so in this arrangement J5 The magnetic attraction of the armature is lowest when the magnet is rectangular Position to the contact springs. If the magnet is at a point of its lowest '00 when it is adjusted Tightening effect to the anchor plate and it continues its movement in the direction of the rest position continue, the tightening forces rise again until they outweigh the tension of the spring 24 and thereby the contact points 21 and 22 close. It can therefore be seen that while every half revolution of the magnet a current surge is generated, corresponding to the How such impulse transmitters work with an impulse wheel ο. like no
Adjustment of the tube 20 to the magnet 12 is through slots 11 on the tube holder ι 5 enables. Hiurdurch can you Distance between the magnet and the armature plate 25 of the contact spring 24 tks Stromstolikontaktes vi-rounded and thus also the lungs ck-r Schlicüuiius- and time of contact.
