Device for fastening vertically guided cables, in particular
in shafts The invention relates to a device for fastening vertically
guided cables, especially in shafts, in which a U-shaped bracket, whose
free ends are designed hook-shaped, for hanging and attaching the cables
Fixed girders are used. The novelty is that that through
Cable passed through the U-shaped part of the bracket between a wooden wedge and
a piece of lining clamped and the bracket clamped by both parts on the carrier gear
is, wherein the piece of food is applied to the carrier. In further training of the
Invention can the chuck with a projection for placing the same on the
Be provided carrier of the holder.
Die Anwendung von Schrauben ist aber bei Schachtkabeln mit den größten Nachteilen;
An
There are devices for securing cables are known in which
a U-shaped bracket, the free ends of which are hook-shaped, for hanging
and fasten the cables @ to fixedly mounted girders. With these well-known
A bearing shell is arranged in the U-shaped bracket, which
is adjusted by a screw and the cable is trapped between the support and the shell.
The use of screws, however, has the greatest disadvantages in manhole cables;
connected, since the screw thread is eaten away very soon by the acidic pit water
and rusting of the screw thread cannot be avoided. At a
Another version is the suspension part of the bracket opposite the one that receives the cable
Ringed resilient design, and the cable is possibly still through a
Adjusting screw pressed against the suspension bracket by means of a clamping plate.
In both known designs, the cable is in direct contact with the suspension bracket.
But such has the disadvantage that the draining on the shaft wall on
the wearer 'seeping water is led directly to the cable and drains on this.
The screw as a clamping device also requires a longer clamping time,
because the overhang hook of the bracket creates a dead space in and of itself
which has to be compensated for by the length of the thread. For the
Laying cables in shafts, i.e. for
vertically hanging cables
are; the known devices are not determined because under heavy load by
the own weight of the cable the pulling force solely from the tensioning screw
must be included. Another suspension device from .: Kabel is for drilling
and mine operations; known to be bound to the presence of pipe conduits;
is. In this known arrangement, the cable is held by wooden wedges. At
However, only one cable can be laid for each pipe string, and those that fix the cable
Wedges must be secured with a readable bracket. Even with this version
the water that runs off the pipes is dammed by the pipe flanges and to the cable
guided there. Next is a device for fastening cables, in particular
in manholes, which consists of its holder, in which the cable
is wedged. There is a holder designed to hold the cable and the wedges
from a conical channel piece, which is provided with fastening tabs through
the screws are inserted through which the whole device on the
Shaft wall is attached.
erfolgen. Eine schnelle Verlegung ist aber besonders in befahrenen Schächten notwendig;
dient. The invention avoids any screw fastening both in the suspension
of the bracket on the support beam as well as in the fixing of the cable in the bracket. By
the tightening of the wedge, the cable is in contact with the counter-chuck, and thereby
not only is the cable wedged in place, but also the holder at the same time
connected to the support bracket. The suspension of the cable can therefore be significantly faster
take place. However, rapid installation is particularly necessary in wells with traffic;
since such work may only take a short time in order not to disrupt the production.
For the invention, small iron items that can be lost are no longer available.
The cable finds plant Sam a piece of wood lining, does not come into contact with iron parts
and hangs freely from all water-bearing walls. About the insertion of the supplement
and to facilitate assembly of the device is advantageously given to the
Lining piece has a projection, which is used to place the same on the carrier of the holder
serves.

Verwendung finden. The invention is particularly useful for laying cables in manholes
certainly. But it can also be used when laying cables in a horizontal direction
