Description

Bei den im Grubenbetrieb verwandten Keiloder Doppelhacken besteht das Helm aus Holz, das sich mit verstärktem Ende im Auge der Hacke festklemmt. Zur Befestigung des Helmes in der Hacke benutzte man auch schon einen nach oben verbreiterten geschlitzten Stahlrohrstiel, auf dem das Auge der Hacke durch ein das Helmende spreizendes Schloß festgezogen wird. Das Festziehen des Schlosses erfolgt hierbei durch einen Schraubbolzen, der mit einer am Stielende sitzenden Mutter zusammenarbeitet. Hierbei kann es vorkommen, daß sich die Hacke durch Lösen der Mutter lockert.
