Geschlossene Sicherungspatrone Bei geschlossenen Sicherungspatronen
Closed fuse cartridge With closed fuse cartridges
Be the attachment of the fusible link to the front contacts by soldering or
Welding in such a way that the fusible conductors through the or the melting channels of the
Cartridge body are pulled through and then connected to the connection contacts.
This type of manufacture of closed fuse cartridges is inconvenient and inconvenient
has the disadvantage that at least on one side the welding or soldering points are outside
of the melting chamber. It is well known that the fuse elements with the front contacts
before connecting to the cartridge body, however, were for fastening
the fuse element insert in the cartridge body special devices, such as union nuts,
Threaded attachments or other screw connections required. These disadvantages will be
according to the invention eliminated in that the with the terminal contacts before

The special shape of the cartridge body has the further advantage that in
the thicker part of the cartridge wall
the fastening screws' and
the identification device can be arranged in an advantageous manner.

The cartridge body a made of a ceramic insulating material or a
Isolierpreßmasse is provided with the melting channel b, which can be seen from Fig.3
Has cross-sectional shape. This cross-sectional shape must be designed so that the
Fusible link can be passed through together with the connection contacts and
Then turn the support plates on the ratchet body by turning 9o ° on the two end faces
place so that the fuse link is secured against axial displacement. As
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the fuse link consists of the fusible conductors c, the connection contacts end and
the support plates attached to the terminal contacts e. The fuse link will
completely finished outside of the cartridge body a, d. H. the fusible link
c are soldered, welded, clamped or pressed into the connection contacts
and also the support plates e firmly connected to the connection contacts d. The supporting plates
e have the shape of the melt channel cross-section b, so they are in the shape of a rectangle
or an oval. The fuse link is passed through channel b,
and as soon as the support plates e are on the front sides outside of the cartridge,
the whole insert is rotated by 90 °, so that the support plates on the front sides
, rest on the cartridge wall. The cartridge body is correspondingly at the support points
recessed so that! the upper edges of the support plates are flush with the end faces.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the fusible link c are slightly corrugated, so that when
Insert the support plates have the necessary leeway.

in leitender Verbindung. The attachment of the insert takes place in such a way that on the support plates
e first an asbestos or other sealing washer f is placed, whereupon
then the cover plate g is fastened with the screws h. Due to the special
The formation of the melt channel is the cartridge wall on two opposite sides
significantly stronger than in the rest of the part, so that enough: 'Material for screwing in
the fastening screw is present. is. In. the reinforced part of the cartridge wall
the identification device can also be easily accommodated. As can be seen from Fig. I,
this is arranged in a manner known per se in a glass tube i and stands through
Coil springs k over metal sockets in with the support plates e and the connection contacts: d
in a leading connection.

In: the embodiment shown in the drawing are
